I recently ordered a fish fillet sub with sautéed shrimp, but unfortunately, the shrimp were not added to my order. This isn’t the first time my orders have been incorrect. I’ve experienced similar issues with previous DoorDash orders as well.
I understand that your staff can be busy, but accuracy in fulfilling orders is essential, especially when customers pay for specific ingredients. Additionally, responding with a simple “thank you for your feedback” when I call to report an issue with missing items doesn’t seem appropriate customer service.
I don’t mean to be rude, but I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Consistency and proper attention to detail are important for a positive customer experience. Thank you.

I love frie chicken, but this places is the worst. I ordered the biggest order of fries chicken to be delivered to my house. After waiting for 45 mins, I called them and told me that it was on the way. Fine. After 1hr and 20mins waiting I called back to cancel the order and this guy told me “ohh just to let you know we made the chicken fresh that’s why it’s taking so long”, I ask him how much longer and he was “he is almost there”. When I finally got my food, it was so cold that I need to put it on the AF again because it’s was so cold that my family didn’t want to eat it. Never again!

The contents of the pizza are literally dripping off the dough. The gyro was made with very little care. The tomatoes barely fit in the pita. Why not chop them into smaller pieces? It’s seems like the whole order was just thrown together in a very lazy way. For $47 bucks, I expect a LOT more in terms of quality. I ordered via UberEats.

I ordered a small cheese pizza a soda and added French fries since he said the amount wasn’t enough. The pizza was decent and Luke watm by time I received it. HOWEVER, the French fries were TRASH! Old, cold and if bit there was no potato in it. Smh, they had me add on something to my order I couldn’t even eat.

I order here usually once a week sometimes twice I made the mistake of ordering after closing the end of the week and the last on the debit card and he called me to tell me that he could not make my order, but would be sure that I would be refunded. I GOT MY REDUND IMMEDIATELY. And was able to still eat before payday .
