This Italian restaurant hit the spot for my spaghetti urge. I tried ordering the spaghetti with meatballs but they did not have enough for a full serving. What they did was cube it up and mixed it into my spaghetti, the accomodations is top notch to great customer service. I could not ask for better meal. Delicious and filling. I would comeback again in a later time.

The variety of pizza here is unparalleled. After all of my travels in and out of the United States, I have never come across a variety of toppings, crust styles, and fantastic combination pizzas.
The outside atmosphere is wonderful, no bugs, plenty of shade, almost grotto like. The music really seals the deal completing an easy Italian experience while maintaining a genuine relaxing nature.
Kid friendly, my children are over ten so I am sure my experience would differ from under ten kid families. However, if you come during a time the wait staff can focus on you they genuinely care about your experience and are very kind.
Recommend the kitchen sink, seafood pizza, or the sweet and spicy pizza for a first try. The appetizer we chose was the cheesy garlic bread, they make the bread here so it’s fantastic and fresh.
Dessert, wow, the chocolate pizza really doesn’t do justice for what you get. It’s perfect balance of sweet and savory satisfies that chocolate craving without killing you with over rich flavor and sweetness.
This will go in my top ten ever!

Stopped there because we needed restroom and decided to stay for lunch. Ambience was great and service amazing. We ordered meatball, large size one, garlic bread and pizza (all meat). Meatball did not have good flavor but edible. Garlic cheese bread was pretty good. Pizza: I have had better. I truly believe the food can taste better, maybe an off day, but it simply was not to my taste bud. I will likely try again.

If you “Yelp”, check out my detailed review. Simply stated, this is one of the best little gems you will find in San Diego. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere welcoming and the owner and staff – charming and welcoming. In my top 5 places to eat in San Diego!

We enjoyed a lovely lunch at this restaurant as we celebrated my daughters birthday and we would come back. The quality of the pizza was perfect. The portions were perfect for our family of 4 (adults). We ordered a large pizza, cheese bread, and a fettuccine Alfredo. The fettuccine was definitely a different taste than what we’ve ever had, but perhaps it’s their own recipe. We saw another customer order a deep dish pizza that we r willing to try on our next visit. We were happy for our 1st visit. A+ on service as well. Very attentive, which always makes a difference if we will return.

Although it is in the heart of the touristy Old Towne, the food, service and overall authenticity is five out of five. It reminds me of the great mom and pop Italian restaurants that are found all over the Northeast.

This place truly was a hidden gem in Old Town. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The pizza was very good, and the lasagna was amazing. The house salad was also very good. The kids loved their meals (pizza and penne pasta with alfredo sauce) as well.
