I have been ordering from Pizza Bella Ashley for the past five years for my Dad’s lunches. The staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to order. He really enjoys their meatloaf dinner and cheesesteaks. I highly recommend this place!!!

Was in PA working all the way from Tx. Was looking for some pizza when I got off and this came up on my google maps. Same name as an old place in San Antonio. Normally I order the finicky cheesesteak and it’s delicious. No problems. Today we ordered and there’s barely steak on the hoagies. Using cheese as the filler…. Shame on you! You raised the price which is fine but to literally have no steak on the sandwich is a bit too cheap. I will think again before ordering from here for a while. I ordered two cheesesteaks and both look just the same.

Have always loved their food and are most definitely “frequent flyers”, but we have noticed Pizza Bella Ashley has gone downhill terribly lately. We ordered a thick crust pizza tonight and it was pathetically thin for “thick crust”, definitely not as thick as times past. According to the employee, they double the dough. If we got double dough then it’s proof how sadly thin their regular pizza has become. Ordered red garlic buffalo bites and got mild. Not the biggest deal, mistakes happen They did replace the buffalo bites, as they should. But, rather than being apologetic that we had to make another trip there after their screw up (which was their mistake, as they ran the wrong thing up when taking the order), the employee acted as though she was doing me a favor by replacing my order with what I ordered in the first place, zero consideration that gas is $5/gallon and we had to return. Bare minimum customer service and some of the employees are super snarky. As far as the pizza goes, we actually started ordering thick crust because their regular crust got so pathetically thin. The prices have skyrocketed and the service and quality has noticeably plummeted. At first, we thought it was just a fluke (everyone has an off day), but it’s become the consistent norm with the past several orders we’ve received. It’s far too expensive to keep rolling the dice hoping for the quality that once was Pizza Bella- Ashley. Such a shame!

I’ve been ordering from the Pizza Bella in Ashley for few years now,and not every now and then – very often and my husband and I never have complaints. About a week ago we placed an order and 1 of the items was a cookie square (my favorite)- it was completely burnt, hard as a rock. Not only that – when the delivery driver handed my husband the food he said “sorry it’s burnt” or “sorry the cookie is burnt”. It late and they were closed by time we were done eating. I called next day and they told me theres nothong they can do- I had to call the GM. I called the GM not once not twice but 3 times,left name and number and NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I JUST CALLEDto place another order and asked the person why no one is getting to me, I asked for manager and they said because it’s been over a week, I have to speak to GM (who won’t contact me). I’m extremely frustrated, all they have to do is replace the cookie square i dont understand how we spend so much money with this Pizza Bella, never had 1 complaint in the years we’ve been ordering from them, and the ONE time we have an issue, no one can help me? I’m extremely disappointed this is absolutely ridiculous. Theyre showing they dont give a shit about loyal customers. today is last day we’re ordering from here

Was told 30 minutes waited 50 and staff thought it was funny. $19.50 for a dozen wings to go. Worked in service industry for 20 years and keep up with wholesale pricing. Time for establishments to adjust wing prices instead of ripping off customers for their over head profit.

This is for the Ashley/Hanover Pizza Bella. They messed up order 3 times. Tried explaining it to the people on the phone, then it still comes wrong. When the 3rd one arrived wrong I was trying to explain it to the delivery driver. As I was he started getting cocky with me then complained about a tip. When it gets delivered all right then you’ll get a tip (felt bad for driver till I received attitude from him) so yea now you don’t get a tip. Not my problem take it up woth your manager not the customer.
