Got a take out pizza. Was a great pizza, perfectly cooked. Great crust and quality toppings. Staff was super friendly and pizza was ready on time. Restaurant was clean and fun family atmosphere. Honestly not sure why this isn’t a higher overall rating than what is shown. We would eat their pizza again and the salad bar looked delicious.

My husband’s helicopter fire fighting team was stationed up here in Shady Cove. Tried the pizza her last night. What a pleasant find. Nice atmosphere, lovely people and the pizza was far better than I anticipated. Crust not to thin, not too thick. Great sauce. Next time we are in Meford we will make the 25 min drive to Shady Cove and have another.

Not impressed. First time here, very poor service. Had to go up to order (following what others had to do to order), the place was not busy and we didn’t get drinks for 15 minutes or so. Our 2 pizzas took a very long time one one was completely soggy. No one came back to check on us our our drinks at all and I had to go up to the cook to get our 2nd pizza because it had been sitting and ready for 5 minutes while our server hung out by the register. Will not be coming back. This place needs help.
And to the cook, no one eats giant cloves of garlic on anything.. bring a coat. The thermostat is hanging above the salad bar so its a tad chilly

Great pizza first time in and ordered two pizzas. Came out amazing! Crust was top notch! I will be back. Price was good and quality was was great! This place imho has the best pizza in Jackson county no lie! Beers and pizza = Life!!!

Terrible customer service by the middle aged woman serving us. She was rude, blunt and unwelcoming. This is the worst customer service I’ve encountered. I heard her swearing using “F” word about me when she wouldn’t provide a compromise when they ran out of small dough.Could give me lge for small price. Give me.Gluten free crust for same price as reg small crust. The cook stuff was fine. Maybe she was having an off day but regardless she’s not overly nice.

Foods great. Service in Person is mediocre. When you try to call in, their phone is shut off, constantly busy. I know the lady clicks a button because I’ve had to go in and order, and then wait. She then says, oh I forgot to turn the phone back on. Pretty annoying. This is the 4th time it’s happened. Guess we’ll be going into Eagle point for dinner since they don’t want to answer their phone. What a strange way to constantly lose business. The food is good. However I’m. It begging for a pizza or inconveniencing myself. I’d rather drive to Eagle point because at least I can order from another place and they will answer their phone so it’s ready when I get there. Y’all should fix this ridiculous problem. ♂️

Pizza is alright but overpriced. Service isn’t bad but not good either, plus they seem to not hire men. Always seem to be looking for help yet also rarely hire anyone. The town could benefit with them making serious improvements or letting another establishment take over.

Burnt. Burnt burnt. Really surprised they sent this out. Burnt on top and bottom. Smells burnt. Looks burnt. Tastes burnt…. We drove in and picked it up. I called them and they would not deliver us a good one. They wanted us to bring the pizza back. I already made 1 trip to town. I would think they would make it right and bring us a edible pizza. I offered to send them pictures. Id happily give it to them if they delivered a good one…boooo

This place is a good spot to stop if you’re out this way. My partner and I love grabbing the personal pizzas which are fairly priced and a good size. The crust is amazing, but the topping to sauce ratio depends on who is working. Some days are better than others, but it’s never a bad pizza and never overly greasy.

Oh what an adorable place! We stopped by here on our way from Crater Lake to Redwood NP. Our server was so sweet and I had a small Mediterranean Vegetarian Pizza which was absolutely delicious. I rarely find a good veggie filled pizza in the US and this was totally one of them. The outdoor seating in the twilight hour was pleasant.
