This is a consistent spot that my friends and I frequent a few times a month for a good pie. It is nice to have a reliable local pizza shop, and this place has been consistent throughout my experience. I have tried their regular pies with toppings which were good, but I was most impressed with their Sicilian pie. This is exactly my style as the doe is nice and fluffy; they put a generous amount of cheese as well which tastes unique. We usually get this pie plain, but it is packed with flavor regardless. If you see the picture, that one square is an entire slice and a pie was enough to feed a few people. Their mozzarella sticks hit the spot, but one thing I always order is their garlic knots which are pure fluffy goodness. I may try one of their sandwiches in the future, but I would opt for one of their hot sandwiches which could be a little pricey. When I say pricey, I mean buying the sandwich would be enough for me to say “this is close enough might as well spend the extra few bucks and get a pizza pie”. That is the only reason why I have yet to try one of their hot sandwiches. A sandwich on its own is not enough for a meal, but it is close enough in price to a plain pizza pie which would be enough food for an entire day which is what has been holding me back. One day if I feel adventurous, I may give it a try. Until then, my peers and I are super happy with their pizzas. We recently ordered their margarita pizza as well which we really liked. Overall, this spot always delivers good consistent product for me. There are a good amount of pizza spots in the area which makes competition fierce, but I believe this spot has a leg up over most of them. I would also add that I normally order takeout, and never really had to wait for my food when getting there. Everything is usually ready in a timely manner when they say it will be which is greatly appreciated and not something that is common in this area….. I would encourage other restaurants I have reviewed on this side of Anderson Ave to take notes because it is nice to finally have a place I be confident about returning to.

They sent us a burnt pie— completely burnt on the bottom but were nice enough to send another pie. The only issue is that the second pie was smaller and thinner so we are disappointed….

If this Pizzeria was not in my neighborhood, I would travel for this pizza!!!
Very friendly and professional phone person, and always prompt service!
The pizza is OFF THE CHARTS !!
The tomato sauce is SUPER DELICIOUS and all ingredients blend together perfectly!!
One has to try a plain slice first to taste how good the tomato sauce is!!
My favorite is a garlic and sausage pie , thin crust and well done , cooked to perfection!!
Bravo, that’s Amore!!

Wonderful food and service. The famous calzone was worth a try for sure, but recommended to share or for when you’re extremely hungry. Huge portions and I rolled it with sauce and cheese. Very convenient that they’re open late night, and you can enjoy the skyline nearby.

A bit chilly inside but food came come out hot and fresh! Pizza has a good crispy texture and as a French fry connoisseur the fries are 7/10.

I ordered a salad, a slice and a soup. Spent $18.62. Paid before I was even served. Sat down and ate. When I got up to leave. After I cleaned my own table and even gave my untouched soup to another customer who looked hungry sitting there, Yazid, the thin, mangy, highly DISCOURTEOUS young man working the counter actually wrongfully accused me of not paying. I hadn’t taken my receipt when I did pay , so I suggest you all do, especially if you pay cash, but I did pay by credit card and even recalled the total. When Yazid realized he was painfully wrong, he just didn’t say anything. He should have apologized profusely and even offered something on the house for embarrassing a paying customer and accusing them wrongly, in front of many other customers within earshot, of not paying. After I left I was extremely bothered by how he handled himself and I called. It took 10 plus calls to get through bc the calls weren’t going through. In fact i only got through when they called their missed call back. I told him his behavior was truly unprofessional and despicable and he didn’t even bother apologizing. He then lied and said he did apologize. If he did I didn’t hear it and he certainly didn’t apologize as loudly as he falsely accused. And when i told him that on the phone I said I don’t think I’ll come back again.
His response. Please don’t. He falsely accused me. After I was so kind to feed his hungry customers with my own untouched food.
To the owners: Fire this kid. He can’t keep accountability for receipts or his behavior. He was really inappropriate.
I used to come here often when there was an extremely courteous, respectable man from South America working the counter. He was exquisitely courteous. Now they have “Yazid” who if you look at the reviews posts his own 5 star fake review for a place he works at. Shady.
And the pizza was half the size it used to be and nowhere near the taste. You lost this customer forever. And Yazid you and your bosses should be ashamed of your heinous behavior.

Tried their calzones, one was philly steak, the other was plain cheese. Let me just say they were HUGE. I was definitely not expecting that size, just a few bites fill you up quickly. Decent prices too! The owner was a super nice guy. I just wish their marinara sauce was sweeter. and the calzones had more ricotta cheese. Definitely coming back there again.
