Nice addition to the Clements Ferry corridor. We tried the sicilian and grandma pies, and both were pretty good. The wings were not my favorite, as I like mine crispy and these were more of the wet variety. The loaded garlic knots were also pretty good, just know that they come topped with marinara and may be a little soggy if taking out. Will be back to try some of the other menu items in the future.

Pizza is absolutely amazing. The owner and staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Restaurant is very clean and has just about anything you could want from bagels to pizza to desserts. We tried the White, BBQ chicken, and cheese and they were all so delicious. Great deals on lunch specials. I could eat here everyday. Can’t wait to try everything! So glad they are open!!

This place is legit. The owner grew up in Brooklyn and Long Island. He worked at some of the best pizza places in those areas. I used to get pizza from one of those places all the time when I lived on Long Island. I also recently found out he competes world wide as part of the US Pizza Team, and he has the awards to prove it. We went there on their first night open. The pizza was amazing, the garlic knots were amazing. The caprese salad was amazing. Can you see where I’m going with this, everything was amazing. The owner is a super nice guy who treats everyone who walks through the door like a friend. And his staff follows his lead in that respect. If you want great pizza, great service, and great NY pizza shop style atmosphere. Then this is the place to go. And btw, the pizza dough is brought in from NY and you can tell. The dough, the sauce, and the cheese used are all top notch. My family and I used to do Friday Night Pizza Night back in NY. We had to stop when we moved here because we could not find pizza worth it. But we will be starting that tradition once again thanks to Mike and his crew.

I tried this restaurant today and I had to leave a review because it was just that good! I very rarely leave reviews, but when a place is this good, I couldn’t resist. I am SUPER picky when it comes to pizza. I know what I like and tbh, have had a hard time finding that lately. Until today! I ordered the Brooklyn and can’t say enough about the perfect crust or how the pie had just the right amount of garlic and basil. They really know what they’re doing!! I and my family will absolutely be back soon!!!! Thank you guys so much for making such fabulous food! Can’t wait to try more of the menu! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I really don’t like to write reviews when a place first opens but oh my lord! This is seriously the best pizza I have had in South Carolina by so far! The dough taste so fresh and all of the toppings are the perfect amount, it’s not soggy, the consistency is great!
I ordered 2 New York style pizzas (1 buffalo chicken and 1 mio trio) for lunch on the phone and both are seriously so amazing. I am usually not a fan of buffalo chicken pizza but this pizza taste so good that I am now a fan. The lady on the phone also was very friendly and was very nice to talk to. Everyone was very welcoming, and overall great environment.
I will be back here and can’t wait to try so many of their different types of pizzas. Looks like I will be ordering a lot more pizza (maybe not great if you’re trying to diet aha) !

We tried the NY style pizza and went back the next day to try the grandma style pizza, and the chicken parm sub and every single item was outstanding.
This is easily the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Charleston. The ingredients taste incredibly fresh, the sauce is perfectly balanced (not overly sweet or acidic), and the crust has that authentic NY style bite with the slight char that gives it real flavor.
Yes, it was busy when we went (Friday night) and there was a bit of a wait but that’s expected for a new spot that’s barely been open over a week & is clearly doing things right. Good pizza is worth a few extra minutes, especially when a place has just opened and tastes as good as this pizza tasted.
Even though I was a little late picking mine up and it wasn’t piping hot straight from the oven, it still tasted fantastic which says a lot about the quality.
If you’re looking for real, authentic NY style pizza, this is absolutely your spot. And if you think this isn’t authentic NY style, you might want to revisit what properly baked, charred, NYC pizza is actually supposed to look and taste like.

Tried Modo Mio for the first time as I’m always looking for a good NY pizza. It was busy as it’s new but I had ordered a supreme and it was delicious! Great toppings and one of the best sauces on a pizza that I’ve had in quite some time. The service from Jennifer was exceptional, she was so friendly and personable even though she was very busy. This will be my go to pizza place!
