One order of fries was not edible and burnt. One ham and cheese sandwich had hardly any meat at all, while the other sandwich had too much, and looked to be a different meat. The stem part of the tomato was used on my sandwich. The cheeseburger subs were a joke. Absolutely will not be returning.

1st time going, sub was covered in little black stuff and was very crunchy.
2nd time going, they were out of turkey, made me wait 15 minutes before telling me that they were out of bread. Then they couldn’t refund a card payment so they had to do cash. Ever since this place has come under new ownership the quality and service has dropped drastically. We used to eat when it was known as a&m weekly. I don’t think I’m ever coming back now that it’s been bought out, and the new owner doesn’t know how to run the place.

Excellent personal pan pizza. Restaurant is improving with renovations inside. Lots of open space now. Not finished yet, but already looks much better. Love the mural and big chair outside.

If I could have given 0 stars i would have. My husband got the large cheesesteak and seen in the picture it was mostly bread , tomatoes were not ripe, mushrooms were not cooked. My son in law ordered a calzone and he got a ham cheese Stromboli, I ordered a ceaser salad with crispy chicken I got grilled chicken and no ceaser dressing. When my husband called he was told this is how we make cheesesteaks now they had to send someone back with ceaser dressing. Very upset and still hungry.

We came in kinda late we are visiting from outta town and they were very friendly and fast with service. We are originally from jersey and just wanted some northern pizza again. We ordered a Stromboli and a calzone and both were fantastic. Thank you for your kind and fast service.

Awesome service and a happy smile whenever we go. Food quality is great and prices are reasonable. They offer eat in, pick up or delivery through door dash.
Interior has been renovated and looks great.

I had no idea they were under new ownership and was shocked at how poor the entire experience was. I ordered on line and when I arrived at the specified time, they didn’t even know my order existed. They weren’t working on any orders. When I finally did get my food, the breaded cauliflower and fried pickles were literally mush. It’s extremely disappointing to see how awful things have become after the former owners worked tirelessly for their stellar reputation. Will never go back.

I’ll start off by saying that I’ve never had much luck with A & M, as far as food being good or orders being correct.
I was told that they are under new ownership, so I thought I’d give it a try again……….
Ordered a steak salad, along with other people from my office ordering other things. Guess who’s order didn’t make it into the bag along with everyone else’s…Yep! I told them to just call and cancel my order, but they were told they wouldn’t be able to credit the card that was used, and that they were sorry, but would deliver the salad, and offered a free one on a future order.
Side note, I asked for no onions or olives, and dressing on the side.
I had work that needed to get done, and got a call while I was out, that they would be delivering the salad and it would be there when I got back to the office. That much was accurate. The salad was in the office fridge when I got back. HOWEVER, my request for no onions was ignored and there was no dressing, either on the side or on the salad. Hopefully someone else in the office will enjoy it….
Not a good first impression for new ownership, in my book.

We have been going to the Hershey location for years but we tried this revamped location and it was very good. The lasagna was delicious. They even gave us a sample of one of their desserts. But the use of bowls for the salad made a huge difference, sounds simple but the other location uses little plates which results in a consistent mess.
