We’re pizza’s future. We’re a mission-driven, culture-carrying community. We’re that better flavor, quality ingredients, kinda pie. We’re not ‘Big Pizza,’ and proud to be so. Because we’re doing more – a more livable wage, a more socially conscious vision, and more real actions. And we’re being more; so, expect more.
Modern pizzeria chain serving gourmet pies with diverse sauces, plus dessert pizzas & house sodas.

I get Vegan Knots every so often. The other day I ordered and sat down. I noticed that the price went up $2 (that’s okay, inflation)… but when I opened the box the first thing I noticed was that there were hardly any garlic sauce. When I bit into it there were no onions… one of the main toppings! I was highly disappointed. I will usually turn around and walk out if I see earbuds and phone in hand of the employee… this time was one of times I should have. No focus equals bad service.

I’ve been a regular customer at & Pizza for awhile (easily once a week) and this experience was beyond disappointing.
I ordered two Margherita pizzas: one gluten-free for my mom (who has celiac disease) and one regular. When I opened the boxes at home, we realized the pizzas had been switched: the regular pizza with gluten was placed in the box labeled gluten-free and the gluten-free pizza was placed in the box labeled regular. My mom had already eaten it.
For anyone familiar with celiac disease, this is not a small mistake, it’s a serious health issue.
I immediately drove back with both boxes and explained the situation to an employee, Riley, who was kind and tried to help. However, when the manager, Shelly, got involved, the situation took a turn. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the seriousness of the mistake, she told me that the stickers that the employees place on the box aren’t supposed to match what’s inside of the box and implied that I should have checked- effectively blaming me.
I’ve ordered gluten-free from this location countless times, and the stickers have always matched what’s inside was inside the box. Customers should be able to trust food labeling, especially when it involves medical dietary restrictions.
Shelly was dismissive, rude, and irritated. There was no apology and no refund offered.
This situation could have been handled with empathy and accountability. Instead, it was brushed off. If you offer gluten-free options, you need to take labeling seriously and you absolutely shouldn’t blame customers when a dangerous mistake happens.

I recently visited a pizza stop in Bel Air, which was quite busy but turned out to be surprisingly good. I ordered the ‘Lil Roni Pepperoni Pizza,’ and I was impressed. The temperature was spot on, the sauce had a nice kick, and the cheese had that perfect pull with every slice. The pepperoni was especially delicious. However, the customer service could use some improvement, and the small dining area wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped—none of the tables were wiped down. The location is convenient, and despite the few drawbacks, I’d consider coming back if I’m in the area, but a bit more attention to service and cleanliness would go a long way.

Being a vegan family, I absolutely appreciate vegan options! This pizza place has a separate menu list for vegan options and the pizza vegan garlic knots were top notch!
The price point is great for anyone’s budget and it’s all made fresh before your eyes.
The restrooms were very clean also.
The staff was very friendly during my visit and made my food with love. I appreciate 100%.
They also have a pickup window outside.
Overall I highly recommend!

I tried to order through Uber and the order just kept spinning, so I decided to switch to ordering directly online. Placed my order and then got message that it would be delivered through Uber. Everything was fine until I saw that the driver disappeared. Almost 2 hours later and my delivery time just keeps pushing. There is absolutely no one to speak to to even cancel the order. This is beyond terrible service. Who the heck doesn’t have a phone to call when you do deliveries!!! Why even bother taking orders!!?! It’s an AI answering service. Terrible!

This was my first time visiting the store and I was impressed with the helpfulness of one of the employee and I’m mad I didn’t get his name. He took his time to explain the process of ordering, that is, if I didn’t see any pizza I wanted, I could create my own pizza. He explained the “order ahead” process which entailed me ordering online because they didn’t have phones at the store. The store was clean and the food came out hot and tasty. I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered 3 Craft-your-own pizzas.
Ingredients were scarce but high quality. Sauce and toppings were not enough for the size of the crust and the entire pie was very overcooked. The crust was burnt in many places as were the toppings. The photos are a little misleading as the flash makes the pizzas look less overcooked than they actually were. We also got an order of garlic knots that were, thankfully, not nearly as overcooked like the pizzas. Overall, the whole oblong shape of the pizza seems like a gimmick as was the menu listing the garlic knots as “gnarlic.”
This visit was a complete disappointment. Although I gave the food 2 stars, it barely deserved 1 but the quality of the ingredients pulled it up to a 2. Stop burning your pizza, add more of and spread your toppings out to cover more of the crust, I don’t like feeling shorted for the money I paid. You have all you need to make 5-star pizza, just do it right.

This was the most appalling and flagrant pizza experience possible. Ordered at 5:26. Told it would be ready at 5:46. Arrived at 5:40 and waited. Waited. Waited. At 6:00 I noticed the guest who walked in after us an ordered at counter was getting their pizza. At 6:10 I ask about my order, only to be told that they were “behind” and 8 orders were ahead of me. Guests continue to walk in, order at counter and get their pizza before me. 6:40 my pizza was done after being told they “rushed ” my order. No manager available. No discount. No urgency. Only a genuine apology from the young man dealing with the brunt of this disaster. I asked for a discount and refund and it was shrugged off. Some pizza was undercooked. Some overcooked. Some cold. Downright awful experience.

Was supposed to have a fundraiser at this location last night for our elementary school. Placed our order for pick up to be ready at 6:30p. Running behind from the other part of the event, we got to &Pizza around 7-715pm to be told they ran out of dough and would take 45min-1hr to ‘prep more’ then need time to make it. Assuming it’s 40 min past we were supposed to be there, we should be good. Nope. The gentleman behind the counter said our order was still being prepared and would be another 30-40 min. Asked for the refund and he mentioned something about having to go through DoorDash yet our order was placed directly on the &Pizza website. Now hoping we see a refund since they can’t seem to figure that out either. Unfortunately not only did we not get our dinner, our school lost out on a ton of money in fundraising.

I love this location, pizza and drinks. With customization always being an option the hot honey pizza has to be my favorite with pepperoni and arugula the combination is dynamite! But what really did it for me was the ginger berry lemonade I’m obsessed and will get it every time. I love the convenience of a quick bit or grab and go. Order online with the app to start eating your rewards and the first pizza is free
