We’re pizza’s future. We’re a mission-driven, culture-carrying community. We’re that better flavor, quality ingredients, kinda pie. We’re not ‘Big Pizza,’ and proud to be so. Because we’re doing more – a more livable wage, a more socially conscious vision, and more real actions. And we’re being more; so, expect more.

This is recently new on doordash. Unfortunately the items we received were burnt for the knots, and the pepperoni pizza husband didn’t mind the burn however it was missing sausage. And we ordered side dips and they didn’t come with the order either. We love &pizza but the ones in DC they were always rude and would even show annoyance when you asked for the drizzles at the end. I was excited to avoid that and try delivery. The knots were tasty the part that wasn’t burnt. If we do retry this location again hopefully it’s better and I will update
I arrived a few minutes after my pickup time and was told there was only one online order in the oven ahead of mine, which made it seem like my pizza was already in the oven. After waiting longer, I found out my pizza hadn’t even been made yet. Meanwhile, several walk-in customers placed orders after I arrived and received their food before me. By then, it was already about 15 minutes past my pickup time.
I do want to say the young lady boxing the pizzas on December 30, 2025 was very polite and professional. She acknowledged the delay and even offered a complimentary beverage, which I appreciated.
The food is consistently good, but the wait times and lack of organization—especially with online orders—really need improvement. A better system for processing orders would make a big difference.
When my husband went to pick up the order, the bag only included the basil sauce, two side salads, one appetizer, and the cheesy dippers. None of the pies — not even the basic pie — and not the dessert were included.
We live only five minutes away, so my husband went back to the store. Unfortunately, the staff was not helpful. They insisted we were wrong, spoke to him with an angry attitude, and refused to acknowledge their mistake. Only after my husband pointed out that we clearly paid $50 and only received a few items and we will write a negative review for them, did they start preparing the missing pies. Even then, they forgot to give us the dessert.
On top of that, the “basic pie” they prepared was literally just plain bread with five or six basil leaves on top. They said we “didn’t choose any toppings,” so they refused to add cheese or sauce—even though a basic pizza normally includes at least sauce and cheese.
I ordered online specifically to avoid waiting at the store. Instead, my husband ended up making two trips, we still didn’t receive the dessert, and the staff’s attitude made the experience even worse. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, both in terms of service and order accuracy.
