I did an order on UberEats from this location and was shocked to see what I got. It amazes me how some businesses have no quality standards. This is a prime example of that, and what’s worse is you can tell because the customer isn’t there to complain in person product leaves the store this way. Never again will this location get any money from me. A child can make a pizza better than this.

Honestly, &pizza isn’t what it used to be. Consistently, no matter the location, the food is overcooked, lacking in flavor, and the service seems disempowered. This location is closest to my house. There are a few seats inside the space and it comes with a more sleek look. However, the staff aren’t helpful. When I first ordered pizza, I told them I have three pies. By the time I paid, they said I could only redeem one coupon a day. That makes sense, but it would have been helpful to know that up front. In the end, our pizza was overcooked and not very good.

I placed an online order ahead of time, expecting it to be ready by 5:15 PM as stated. However, I still had to wait for the staff to finish clearing out the lobby before anyone acknowledged my order. The whole purpose of ordering online is to save time and ensure we can get to our commitments on schedule. Unfortunately, this location consistently struggles with time management and never seems able to handle both lobby customers and online orders efficiently—unlike the VA location, which manages both without issues.
It’s disappointing that this continues to be a repeated problem with no real solution. At this point, they should consider disabling online and app ordering if they cannot fulfill orders in a timely and reliable manner.

I want to thank Kevin and the crew for making my experience better . I placed a catering order and at the time of pick up it was completely wrong. My wife and I were very disappointed but they made it correctly in a timely matter.

I walked in and they told me a 15 min wait because they were making dough. Then 15 mins later 2 ladies walked in and they told them 45 min wait. When I asked a tall gentleman with a hat and small dreadlocks got extremely rude with me. He didn’t even give the other ladies any type of explanation. Very rude to women and needs to be fired immediately! Unacceptable!!

Everytime I doordash from this specific location, they are always forgetting something. Not the toppings or dressings, it’s the freaking SIDE ITEMS. How are you all consistently forgetting the SALAD, DRINK OR DESSERT. The incompetence is at an all time high and it’s consistent. Please hire someone who can multitask in TAKE OUT ORDERS. First off Alabama Ave looks like Columbia, MD just beautiful!!! Anyway can we get into the Black Man Magic ✨❤️ that is at this location!!! With an all black male staff they did not disappoint!! Upon entry I was greeted. The atmosphere was clean and a whole Vibe!! The on duty lead was knowledgeable about what to order, how to order and what they had on hand and didn’t. He told me the rules of ordering and how they are required to not fill up on the pizza. I was so impressed. The guys were well groomed, hands were clean, the customer service was on point and My pizza was amazing !!
Please check them out!! You will be impressed

I love &pizza but I think it’s time to move on. What is this mess with the pre-baked crust? It’s nasty, it makes the pie dry and tasteless. Then it’s essentially being cooked twice making it shrink and the crust becomes tough. Come on &pizza, you have rapid ovens, why are you doing this to us?
I visited two locations today to pick up a pie & wanted to try the new apple knots. I went to Alexandria first, had a pleasant experience before. I stood there waiting for a man to fiddle with the kiosk. It was clear that he needed help. The staff didn’t move. Offered no assistance, mostly looked over at him struggle and went on. He finally gave up and it was my turn. I never use the kiosk, the employees are right there. Anyway, I step up…and wait. I’ve been here 10min now. She was busy looking at and making, I guess delivery orders. She finally acknowledges me, I give my order, she then reaches behind her and pulls this dry plank off of the top of a pile. There are dozens back there, just being picked out of plastic. I ask for a fresh crust, she shakes her head no. I tell her I don’t want that, she shakes again, then indicates in broken English, no fresh, that she must use. I know they have fresh crust, I just saw her co-worker pull one to make dessert knots. So I walk out to go somewhere I know I can get fresh dough. I get there, wait another 10min after traveling 25min. There is somebody else fidgeting with the kiosk. She also gives up, then sits to order from her phone. Finally someone comes from the back to help, again with the cardboard plank. Sir, I don’t want that, he says, they are out of fresh dough. I walk out again.
Excuse me?! That used to be your whole spiel &pizza. This is why we came to you. If you guys are going to continue this practice, you will undoubtedly lose many customers. We, your customers blew you up and our orders are what made you popular. You started taking away toppings, we kept coming. You played around with the prices, but we kept coming. This egregious act, giving us packaged crust, that we can do at home. Will cause us to do just that, make it at home. We had no problems waiting as our personal pizza made it’s way through the oven. This can’t be saving you money, because it is ruining your reputation. Please stop this foolishness. We have always had other pizza options. You are taking away everything that made you special.
