Stumbled upon this spot after leaving Ford’s Theater. Great for a quick bite when you want something better than Subway. Seating is limited—one long table for about 10 and two window seats with two chairs each. They offer fountain and bottled sodas.
The ordering process is a bit confusing. A hanging sign says “ORDER HERE,” but you actually order at two kiosks across the room. A fellow customer had to point it out to us! Once we ordered, the wait was short—faster than many fast-food lines. The pizza was fresh, with a light crust and delicious toppings. The place was clean, and I’d definitely return if I’m in the area again.

Recommend by JW Marriott so after menu review walked down to eat. Online says 9pm to close but at 750pm all the chairs were on the table and place was being cleaned up. Asked if they were closed, told no and was told as long as not ordering 10 pizzas we could still order so we did. Asked if their hours were wrong and was told since there were only 2 of them working they were trying to keep up in orders, which they had quite a few picked up while we waited.
So if after 8pm and doing a walk in recommend call first. The pizza itself is good and we did a build our own. It’s true you order through a kiosk, they are right around the corner of the soda fountain to the left. For the pizza I do recommend, for the chance of eating in for a hot pizza right out of the oven… not so much

My mom and I visited Washington, D.C. for 5 days at the end of May, and we were so glad to discover this &pizza location on E Street!
From the first bite, we were blown away. The sauce was incredibly flavorful and well-balanced, and the crust was just right — not hard or dry, but perfectly chewy with a great texture. It was so good that we ended up eating here on three of our four nights before heading to Toronto!
The staff were also fantastic — they worked hard to keep the place clean, prepared the food with care, and were always friendly and welcoming. As visitors from Hong Kong who flew over sixteen hours to the U.S., we really appreciated their warmth and hospitality.
During our 15-day trip across New York, Washington D.C., and Toronto, we tried many different pizzas — from budget-friendly to more high-end options — and this &pizza delivered the best taste of all. It truly stood out and made our trip even more memorable.
If we ever visit D.C. again, this will definitely be one of our first stops. Thank you for being such a special part of our trip!

Delicious pizza – one price for all. They offer gluten free pizza! We had three build your own pizza. They were all delicious. Staff is really friendly too. Nice vibe inside the restaurant.

Came to this restaurant because they have vegan options, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the build your own pizza, and the vegan garlic knots. Both were delicious, but the knots are a must have!!!! Place was empty, employee was not friendly at all. Next time I’ll take it to go!

Let me start by saying I LOVE &PIZZA, not so much at this location… the staff here is lazy and does not want to prepare fresh pizza… I’ve gone to this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks and walked out empty handed. Three weeks ago I noticed the dough was already cooked prior to the toppings being added, which made the end result dry and hard to chew. It was not the pizza I’ve become accustomed to eating. For the next 2 weeks I tried to patronize this location yet again and was told that up until 5pm they serve prebaked dough as it’s easier for them to prepare but it’s not the quality pizza they normally offer and is not edible at all. Refrain from going to this location if you know how &PIZZA is supposed to taste

Having entered inside, there was no one on the other side of the counter. Then a girl who seemed like a customer on her phone sitting at the 1 table they had gets up and drags herself around to get my order. I ask her about the menu and she shakes her head no. Then I ask about options and she nods her head yes. She never spoke to me. While my pizza was being made, another guy came around the counter and was working quickly and attentively. But when it came to pay for my order and for the last pizza toppings, I could not understand a word he said. It was like English gibberish – fast mumbling. The pizza was good with limited toppings and a bit of an outgoing menu. But my friend did not receive a meatlover’s after comparing what he got to the poster. Not even close. The place was small but could benefit greatly from smaller tables along the wall and not one large table in the center of the room. The floor was dirty but the kitchen seemed to be clean. Still, good food doesn’t make up for all the faults.

The pizza is tasty. But the service is not friendly. The guy making the orders makes us move from one side to another because he wanted to have the line to order in other direction. There were only 2 people ordering.. Not all toppings were available so he still charge for the pizza like it was one of the specialty pizzas.
