I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Pizza 151. The subs were poorly made — very little meat, barely any toppings, and overall nowhere near the quality I usually get when I order during the daytime. These subs weren’t even half of what I normally receive.
When I called to complain, someone answered claiming to be the manager, but it was clear they weren’t. I was put on hold without any explanation, and then the actual manager, Brandon, got on the line. He insisted he watched the subs being made and that they were properly portioned, but based on what I received, that simply wasn’t the case.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and the lack of accountability made it worse. I definitely expected better from a place I’ve ordered from many times before.

Stop buying from pizza 151 poor quality. This was the final straw. Ordered many times quality gets worse. No sauce on the pizzas or bacon on a meatlovers pizza pizza and wings were so dry and cold. Its an llc not a franchise or corporate so you have no way to report the poor quality of food to and no one to get a refund from for this waste of money. 90 dollars wasted at this place run by what looks like children goofing off while you wait an hour or more for food.

First time ordering pizza at 151.. When I called I had several questions about the menu. The young man was able to answer them all.I really enjoyed getting the Original 151pizza. I was unsure because of so many other options and choices of pizza that they make. It was so nice to get a great pizza pie. I also recommend the cheesy garlic knots. The garlic wing came out perfect. I order the wings crispy. They came out perfect. I am a fan and will be back. I understand now how they won Best local pizza and wing five years in a row.

Bought two orders of wings and a slice. The food taste good as it always has but they have switched to cardboard boxes for the wings. They put one piece of parchment paper in the box and the just put the wings in. The sauce then came out of the box into the the box with a slice and then all over me my wife and our car. We called them and talked to the 1st manager who said we can send you new wings which was not the issue it was the car and all our clothes being stained then a 2nd manager who got on and said they could make new wings then a third manager apparently got on and said they could make us new wings as If that was the issue. In the past they had the plastic containers which worked great and our food was always good. Now I am hoping the stains come out of our clothes and the car.

Order takeout from them tonight gave a second chance last time I got their food. It was burnt. The wings were burnt. It was terrible. this time The food was cold. The steak sub was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten my dog wouldn’t even eat it. My son steak sub had no cheese on it and hardly any meat at all never again

Loved the sweet heat pizza when they first opened, but each time we have ordered it since it has been either burnt, lacking the honey drizzle, sweet sauce wasn’t the same, or last night it didn’t even have toppings on 2/3 of it. In the picture can you spot the 1 piece that actually had complete toppings on it? Don’t think we will be going back as we have given several chances for “an off night”.
Update – Gave them another shot after switching to the Batavia store and ordered a large sweet heat pizza again and it was fantastic this time!! So happy, not sure of what changed but so glad it did so we could start going to this store again. See second photo.

Omg.. what happened to this place. The crust was so thin and full of bubbles do they not dock their dough anymore so theres no bubbles? Also theres barely any sauce or toppings. Skimping on toppings when we paid 50 dollars. We used to pay 38 dollars for the same sheet pizza. You can barely tell which side was meatlovers and which side was chicken bacon ranch due to the lack of toppings and sauce. It was so dry and chewy Inflation is no excuse to do this to your customers. Sadly you lost a customer.

Picked up a pizza the other day that was phenomenal, some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Didn’t have any trouble ordering and the wait time very reasonable. Employees were very personable and kind!

Website is easy to use, just ensure you are selecting the correct store. There is a rewards program that earns points to use towards future orders. All food I’ve had has been very good and reasonable price. You can also order online for a future pick up time. I’ve done that a few times and food was ready and got at the requested time. There is seating available but it is not sure much.
