Pizza is fresh, dough is very good which is certainly made in house. The pizza looks great. I got cheese and pepperoni slices for lunch… they have a nice 2 slice and drink special for lunch. The pizza had lots of cheese on it. I was not a fan of their red pizza sauce… a bit sour and lacking tomato flavor. I prefer as most do, pepperoni that gets charred… this was not. Staff are freindly and helpful. A nice dining room inside, but soda fountain was lacking ice. The facility was clean and well kept. Recommended to try… you may like it.

So after using the AI to place and order for pick up and receiving a confirmation text that my order was placed for $62. I went to pick it up and they said my order wasnt even received. So i reorder my 3 juliennes, 2 no tomato and ranch and 1 with raspberry vinagrette. Then I ordered a Large chipotle sub with cucumbers and onion added. It came up $60 now? We had to wait ~20-25 minutes. Then we get home and the chipotle sub is missing the lettuce and tomato its supposed to come with. The raspberry vinagrette was actually barbecue sauce. The food is still good but really annoyed and disappointed.

I ordered a fish fry for my mother via their website and it was easy and quick to set up delivery. Staff was very nice when they called me to confirm something about the order. Food was good and hot with a lot of fries! Thank you.

We came here midday Sunday for a late lunch on our way back home from a trip away for the weekend. We chose this pizzeria at random, and couldn’t have made a better choice. The food here is so good! We each got a personal size pizza, one cheese and one with cup and char pepperoni. The classic sauce hits all the right notes and the crust is delicious and slightly chewy. The cup and char pepperoni is exactly what every true WNYer look for. And the staff is super friendly. We would definitely go back!

I wish I could say I was exaggerating, but the pizza we received from Pizano’s in Warsaw was an absolute disaster. It wasn’t ‘well-done,’ it was just plain burnt. The crust was so charred it resembled something you’d scrape off the bottom of a grill, not a beautiful New York-style slice. It was inedible, with a bitterness that overwhelmed any hint of cheese or sauce.
But the most shocking part was the response. When we complained about this inedible mess, the owner or the counter boy had the audacity to suggest that it was not burned, and that this level of black char is simply “how they make it.”
Honestly, the only thing the kitchen staff managed to cook properly was the carbon. The entire experience was a dark, crumbly disappointment. Save your money, save your tastebuds, and go literally anywhere else. This wasn’t dinner; it was a fire hazard.

This was the first time I ordered from here. I am brand new to the area. I ordered the Greek Pizza. I must say, it was phenomenal! Everything from the crust to the toppings, made it the BEST Pizza I ever had! Highly recommended! I live 1 hour & 15 minutes away, but I would most definitely make the trip to have another one! I can’t wait until our move is completed, because I will only be 12 minutes away! YUM!!

The “Stevies” chicken sub is fantastic.
I’ve had it prepared 3 or 4 different ways but each one was worth the price.
The service was prompt and courteous, the dining area was neat and clean but we were running errands so we opted for takeout.

I just pre ordered. They have a simplified system to order and verifys with text with call number for changes. While the phone system learns to take orders I suggest a stub number for changes on anything within 2 hours notice for modifications up to 1 time within 2 hours notice if the order was given a longer duration so if they wanna add a coke to the stub or an order of wings it doesnt hassle you 5 minutes of any other prep. I will rate accordingly or update if something wasnt the great. Im not adding cold cheese or anything.

Wanted to wait a while before I reviewed this place. Just bought a large pizza and a drink .. never got my drink and unfortunately waited 40 mins. After the pizza was ready that it finally got delivered to my home. I was cold by the time it got here. I spent 43$ on cold pizza just to be delivered here in town. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I had this occurrence. Last time they gave us a completely other person’s whole meal and we had to run down the driveway to make sure that person got there order and swap for ours. I wouldn’t recommend..

I stopped in with a friend because we are doing an estate sale in Warsaw. We thought we would try the pizza and it was amazing! We couldn’t believe a small town could have such great pizza! I’m from Buffalo, NY and worked in NYC. I rank their pizza with the best I have ever had. The price was right and the staff was so friendly. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!
