Beyond average “tavern” style pizza.

We got delivery from here on a Saturday night. We got the pepperoni pizza which has the pepperoni under the cheese, which my child was unhappy about and is not my favorite. It was good. We also got mozzarella sticks which were not great, very thin.

My partner got the build your own pasta with rigatoni, vodka sauce, broccoli, and mushrooms, he liked it. It did look very creamy and it was mostly hot when it arrived (not their fault).

I didn’t take photos but I would not trust the photos on their website of what the food looked like.

Disgusting… place is 10 min walk but somehow took them 1.5 hours to deliver the pizza. Hopefully you will see this and other awful reviews before using GrubHub like I did without checking. Hunger was my error in judgement….When pizza finally arrived, either they forgot to put toppings in a large section, it slid around, or the driver ate it. Either way, a huge space was nothing but soggy thin crust without even sauce to cover… I posted a pic of exactly how it looked when we opened it, You can’t make this stuff up….Don’t walk away, run away from this place to find real authentic Chicago pizza…The novelty bug pizzas you can find in Thailand looked more appetizing than this one did.

Great spot right on the corner with cozy, dim lighting and friendly bartenders. I tried a personal pizza and customized my own pasta dish—both were delicious. I’d rate it 9/10 and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

If you thought Nature Valley bars were crunchy and crumby WELL buckle up because this pizza is next level crunchy and crumby. I thought pizza couldn’t be bad but this place sure proved me wrong! The staff was also rude and not very helpful— there were no menus available anywhere. I took maybe two bites of the pizza and threw it away. Idk if Chicago Pizza just isn’t good or if this place has just disgraced it.

Stopped at the window to try a slice while walking around on a Sunday evening. $8 for a slice of sausage pizza (the last they had by the slice) and $2 for a bottle of water, all taxes included. The pizza was a fair deal. I liked the flavor of the toppings, the crust was ok. Service at the window was great. We ate standing on the sidewalk, no outdoor tables.

If you like your food bland, flavorless, and reminiscent of chewing on printer paper with a side of disappointment — then oh honey, this is your spot! Every bite was a thrilling adventure in mediocrity. Seasoning? Never heard of her. Flavor? She left the building. I swear my napkin had more taste than the actual meal. 10/10 for commitment to being aggressively unseasoned — truly the culinary equivalent of beige wallpaper.

This place is horrible. The pizza taste terrible. The crust was hard as a rock and not authentic at all. The cheese taste horrible and old. This place is a disgrace of a real Italian pizza parlor. It needs to be shut down. Taking people money with low quality food.

Great deep dish pizza. We ordered the cheese and sausage pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a salad. I could not stop eating the deep dish pizza. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly cooked and cheese pulled apart like on commercials. The salad was delicious as well. Prices were fair, dress is casual, and staff is friendly.

IMO this is the best deep dish in Chicago. The crust is thick enough to stand up to the mass of the toppings. It is more like a pie crust than a pizza crust, but I think it is perfect. The flavor of the crust is also fantastic. Super buttery and has a really deep bread flavor that comes with long rise times. The sauce is obviously their own and the sausage topping is fantastic.

Note: I’ve never been to this location, and have only gotten it delivered.
