The bad: missing food items every time we order takeout, awful wait times that are poorly communicated, city steakhouse prices in a tiny town
The food: skip the appetizers because you’ll get charged for them and never see them, the entrée options have all been decent to good. Order fewer tacos, they use real meat not mystery meat. Definitely order under for steaks, medium came to us well-done bordering on tough.
The service has been consistently terrible through several visits, and everything is overpriced. Finding a third of your order missing when you get home is something that isn’t tolerable for fast food, let alone somewhere charging as much as they do. We gave them another try after the ownership and name change, but had the exact same problem of not being given all the food items we paid for. The dine-in experience for us was even worse, numerous items didn’t make it to the plate even after double checking with the server, and it was a production just getting a refill on soda.

I got the breaded tenderloin and it was so amazing, It was so good I has to order one to take home!! Great Service, relaxed atmosphere and definitely would recommend this place if by yourself or your whole family!!
