Had dinner here for the first time today it got rib tips, greens, and potato salad. These are probably hands down some of the best rib tips I have had in years!!

Corn dressing is very gross. I don’t believe it was made correctly. They would not allow take out/ walk ins only so I had to go In to the place to order to go. Also the pricing on their website doesn’t have the correct pricing. The rib tips had really nice flavor. I will give them that.

Wow! Some BBQ places are afraid of their sauce, but not here. It’s a thick, sweet sauce that went great on the brisket and rib tips I had.
Greens were outstanding, Mac and cheese was good but nothing special.
This is a neighborhood, hole in the wall sort of place which is why I didn’t pass it up.
Atmosphere very basic, a little dark, no windows. Clean place and friendly folks.
Will definitely be back if I’m ever here again.

My go-to BBQ place in Madison County. Usually, get the beef brisket. The pulled pork is good also. Haven’t tried the perch or catfish yet.

Called The Whole Wing and Tips now? Sunday late lunch ate in and had pork and beef brisket. We liked the sauce on the meats. Small portion was enough for a lunch. Had two sides. The small sides are small, but you’re there for the meats.
We were the only ones eating in at the time, appears to be mostly carryout. Parking lot is small.
We were traveling down 69 towards Indianapolis. This place is out of the way compared to the chain restaraunts, but worth the extra five minute drive for good food.

The food itself was okay. The meats were honestly great. It was tender and juicy. The sides, especially the green beans had no seasoning or flavor of any kind. They didn’t give me my full order at first but after a few calls was finally able to get the rest. Lastly, 3 people came in after I entered and were taken care of before the guy behind the counter said anything to me at all. I wouldn’t say he was rude, but he definitely wasn’t friendly. Overall I think it’s overpriced mediocre food at best.

The food rib tips were good needed more char but it was tender. I like the sauce they used. The baked beans were standard baked beans nothing to work home about. Not a fan of the potato salad. It had an interesting “sage” flavor. Almost like dressing. Would come again.

We ordered our food on doordash, a little after 8 PM. The order went through and we waited. We got a call a few minutes later from the manager, telling us that we cannot order past 8 but they would make our food anyway. When the food got to our house an hour after purchase, it was just not good. Pretty much everything is extremely sweet or has a weird tang. We ordered mac n cheese, pulled pork, brisket, sweet tea, lemonade, and potato salad. The meat tasted fine but the sauce was too sweet for me personally. Sweet tea and lemonade were just too sweet also. The sweet tea had that weird tang. The mac n cheese was okay, if not a bit watery.
DO NOT get the potato salad if you like potato salad. It ruins it. The potato salad tastes sweet? For some reason? And has an unbearably earthy taste that is not in any other potato salad I’ve ever had (as a potato salad truther). Half the reason I made this review is because of this potato salad. I am beyond enraged by this monstrosity.

This is brisket and pulled pork AFTER I tried to get rid of some of the sauce it was drowned in. I can’t tell which is which it’s so covered in sauce. Spent $50 never again. 🙁
