I was looking for some pre-made proteins to supplement a holiday meal and wasn’t sure how the ordering here worked so contacted them via email. They responded promptly with a phone call to answer all of my questions and explain the options, including allowing me to substitute beef instead of the turkey meatballs on the menu that week. I ended up ordering the meat balls and grilled chicken thighs from the ala carte menu, and they were both delicious. The chicken thighs were hands-down the most moist I’ve ever had. I also really appreciate that they were so flexible and willing to provide clear directions on how to reheat each of the items when I went to pick it up. I will definitely order from here in the future.

Saves me so much time, I eat healthier, have more variety in my diet, and as a house with two working parents, the mental load of not worrying about dinner is truly priceless. I’m really impressed with PGH Fresh as a prepared meals delivery (or pick up if in Pittsburgh) company. I never wanted to get a food delivery service due to all the packaging and being forced into a subscription. You can just pick out whatever meals you want and not worry about having to subscribe. Delivery service extends pretty wide, which is awesome (I’m about 30 minutes away and they deliver to my home!)
They make excellent food and I love that I don’t have to cook it, just heat it in the oven or microwave….that’s what a meal service is for! Convenience!
Packaging is awesome….generally foil or cardboard type material.
I love the variety; lots of veggies, but also the feel-good comfort foods as well.

Highly recommend! This is by far the tastiest meal prep I’ve ever experienced. The beef tips are insanely delicious! I’ll definitely be returning for more. The folks running the shop were very kind, and had no problem answering any of my questions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ling & team do a great job with meal planning every week! The food is healthy, not greasy, low sodium, and health conscious. The program is great because you don’t have to meal prep, they do it for you. The juices are wonderful as well. Every meal delicious, and I already referred a family member who loves PGH Fresh as well. Saves time, you can order a la carte in bulk, and they char-grill their chicken breasts, which are of very high quality. The veggies and sides are great, love the truffle balls. The entire menu is healthy, nothing is greasy, and packaged and delivered with care. They also use eco-friendly containers or reusable containers, and even recycle your boxes every week! Highly Recommend!

Amazing food! I have used their service for about a month now and I have yet to dislike a meal. I had some issues and got contacted right away from multiple people at this company and everything was explained or corrected without issue. I just had the Peruvian Steak with Jamaican Stir fry (pictured) and the meat is just so great. They try to source everything local and use only certified humane farms. Can’t ask for much more!

The best prepared meals I have ever had. Also so much better than the meal prep kits I have tried. Everything is so fresh, well-flavored, and well-cooked. The menu has so much variety. We have been ordering for about two months and have yet to see a repeat entree. We have yet to have something that wasn’t good. And the pulled pork tacos were amazing. Literally better than most Mexican restaurants. I also love taking the salads to work. They are filling and delicious. Furthermore, they have never made an error in our order which is really impressive to me. It is such a great option for those of us who don’t like to cook or don’t have time to cook. Highly recommend!
