Pittsburger in Bethel Park is an absolute gem! The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time, with fresh toppings and soft buns that pull everything together just right. You can tell they don’t cut corners here—everything tastes made-to-order and packed with care.

The menu has something for everyone, whether you’re craving a classic burger or feeling adventurous, and the fries are just as good as the main event. On top of that, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care about making sure you have a great experience.

If you’re anywhere near Bethel Park and love a truly great burger, Pittsburger is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!

Tried different dishes and loved all of them. I ordered without cheese due to an allergy. Otherwise, the dishes were delicious. The take on tater tots look weird but were yummy. I would go back again. Cash discount is also nice!

I ate here for the first time yesterday and it was an excellent experience. I went with the Black and bleu billy baroo burger. This is smash style and was seasoned very well. One of the best smash burgers that I have had. I like a lot of cheese on my burger and would have liked to see a slice of American and also the bleu that comes on it. That is just me being picky though. I also got their fries with gravy and cheese. Many restaurants skimp out on the sauce/cheese, but they did not. Every fry was covered. My wife was also happy with her burger with caramelized onions as well as her side of tots. We will definitely return.

I’ve had this place a few times and it’s so good!! They make your burger right there the kitchen is open, and everytime I get this place I’m stuffed, they also have fresh cut fries. If you don’t eat a whole lot you could even share a burger, me and my boyfriend have shared and both were stuffed. I’ve seen some complaints about the price but I personally am so happy to give this place my money! The employees are so nice too (:

I am a Cheeseburger aficionado and have eaten more cheeseburgers than my arteries or colon would have liked.
I had high hopes because it’s a small business. I walked into the place, parking lot was newly paved. The place seems to be very clean. I wasn’t greeted, nobody said hello, nobody said welcome to Pitts-Burgers. All the things you get at the larger establishments like Five Guys. So I said to the young man working there, “Pick up order for Garry”. Not a thank you for coming in not have a nice day, actually not a single word was spoken by the employee. I took it out to my car as I always bring my own soft drink Pitts-Burgers charges $4.40 for a bottle of Diet Coke It cost me less than $0.80. I took the carton out of the paper bag and was immediately greeted by onions on the cheeseburger, I only ordered lettuce and tomato on the side. The bun was cold. I decided to take it home to eat because there was no ketchup on it and bun was cool. I had to microwave it for a few seconds to get it up the temperature. When I took my first bite it was a crunchy burger. So overall the hamburger certainly one of the worst hamburgers I’ve ever eaten. I don’t see how they could stay in business if this were typical rather than an anomaly. I believe the single cheeseburger even cost more than Five Guys which is laughable because Five Guys is exponentially better. I didn’t try the fries or anything else so I have no opinion. At this point I’m going to give the cheeseburger on a scale of 1 to 5, I give it a 1. The service, Well he did hand me the bag but there was zero communication no smiles no nothing So I’ll give that a 2. The atmosphere well it seemed like a clean place but not friendly It’s not a five guys it’s not a Chick-fil-A. And that’s usually because the smaller places don’t have systems in place that they teach the employees how to conduct business. Not sure that I’d ever go back because I don’t like crunchy ground meat. Visited 09-06-2025

Had the pittsburger and patty melt, both so good! Will go back. The staff was also very nice and friendly and the food was prepared so quickly. There also wasn’t that much of a crowd.

Eh. Just ok. There are many other places with better burgers. The burgers were ok. Nothing special. The fries were weighed down by the oil. They were covered. The milkshake was atrocious. 9.95. I expected more. 50 bucks for 2 burgers, fries, and a shake.

I eat here twice a week, my favorite burger place in the city. I like their fries so much I order a double every time. When I opened the bags I found this gross half frozen mess. I ordered an hour before closing on a Sunday, but I’d rather get nothing at all then charged for almost inedible food at a price I pay for their quality. Won’t be back until I know this isn’t happening anymore.

The email reply led to nothing. It’s been over a month with no update on it they stopped serving this frozen stuff.

Burger and ingredients were good and fresh. French Fries were very bad, some fries were white because they had so much salt on them, even after brushing each fry it still wasn’t good. Milkshake was ok, syrup based. Ice cream was decent and sourced from Hershey’s. Prices were comparable with other similar restaurants.

I recently visited Pitts-burgers, and overall, it was a great experience. We both ordered the Pitts-burgers, and they were absolutely phenomenal—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We also tried the onion rings, which were fresh, hot, and clearly fried in fresh oil, making them an excellent addition to the meal.

There was a minor issue with order accuracy, as our burgers came with a different type of cheese than we requested. However, this didn’t detract too much from the experience because the quality of the food was top-notch.

The pricing is on the higher side ($33 for two burgers, onion rings, and two drinks), but given the quality and the fact that it’s a small business, it’s understandable and worth supporting. The food took around 10 minutes to come out despite no other customers being there, which was slightly surprising, but the wait was manageable.

All in all, Pitts-burgers delivered delicious food and a good experience. With just a few tweaks, it could be outstanding. Definitely worth a visit!
