THE BEST RIBS I HAVE EVER HAD !!! Sorry, I forgot to take a picture before I started eating. I had a full rack of ribs, baked beans, and cornbread. Here’s a pic of my full rack of ribs. Only had a few left. This place is real deal guys. Local small family business located in a small neighborhood bar. The flavor in his food is absolutely amazing and I am not joking when I say this. Everything we had from the ribs to the baked beans to the cornbread. They all had very good flavor. You could eat the ribs with no sauce, but his sauce was amazing also. Don’t forget about the local guys and get down here and support this place because it’s definitely one of the best places in the Twin Cities hands-down! Keep up the great work guys!

My go-to spot for incredible BBQ—hands down!
Whenever someone asks where to find the best barbecue in the Twin Cities, I always say Pittie. The brisket is, in my opinion, the best around—insanely flavorful and unbelievably juicy. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone good, the pulled pork was packed with flavor, and the chicken rounded things out perfectly. All the sides were great too—no weak links on the menu.
If you’re looking for top-tier barbecue, this is the spot.

Omg! Seen an IG video by food critic, Tony Cu / Food & Travel who gave Pittie Q BBQ a great review. I’m always looking for a great place to eat & Pittie Q BBQ did not disappoint! We tried the 3-meats dish to get a sample of everything including 2 sides & 1 extra. My favorite was the ribs: fall-off-the-bone tender, the brisket had soft squishy fat that was delicious, and the pork was so flavorful. The beans were dreamy & the mac & cheese was perfect, the cornbread was tasty & flakey. We had to purchased more to take home! The environment had great 60s & 70s classic rock (my kind of music), lots of vivacious conversations since it is also a bar. There are lots of bbq sauces to choose from that you pour yourself. The service was so friendly with lots of energy, smiles & kindness. The portions are also generous. Everything was yummy! You gotta go there! I will absolutely be going back

Brisket: 4/10. I was really looking forward to eating this brisket because I’ve heard great things about it. The brisket might be one of the worst I’ve ever eaten… DRY, tasted generic, and salty with minimal seasoning. I’ve never been so disappointed eating a brisket…
Pork Ribs: 7/10. Soft, but the seasoning wasn’t to my preference. Seemed a little salty and solf on flavor.
MacNCheese: 6/10
Waffle Fries: 5/10

This might be the worst BBQ I’ve ever had because I can’t think of anything worse. To each their own.

Stopped in for lunch. My first time here and seen some reviews wanted to see for myself. I was very disappointed. Ribs looked good but were way over cooked. They were very mushy, had no texture. Brisket and pulled pork were very dry, brisket was un-eatable. Others seemed to have had a better experience, but i will probably not go back.

Holy in the wall BBQ pit!? Epic. Don’t sleep on this. The ribs, the brisket and well basically anything on the menu. Troy, the main meat man, top shelf human. Hearing his grilling stories and competing with other grill masters, would recommend. Good man, and gooder meats.

….forgot to take a picture of the ribs with the meat on. The meat fell off the bone and was a solid 7/5. You read that right.

Fantastic food and friendly service!

Ribs and chicken are fall-off-the-bone tender. No overpowering smoke or sauce which lets the taste of the meat shine through! Crisp apple slaw and cornbread are flavorful and leave me wanting more.

Absolutely blows away the BBQ chain restaurants, I will be back!

Had the 3 meat basket. Brisket was melt in the mouth delicious and good portion size. smoked Mac is flavorful and gooey. Chicken was seasoned deliciously, and also juicy. Ribs fell off the bone and had lots of meat on them. The two sauces are flavorful and delicious. I am partial to Carolina based sauce and theirs is at the top of types I’ve tried! Everything is homemade and the service was great! Owner is a great guy! Go see them. You’ll be happy you did!

First time there. The service was quick and the food was delicious…no complaints. The atmosphere’s friendly but the dining area can use some cleaning and new colors. I know this place has been here a long time and it can use a face lift.

Definitely will be going back for the food!
