We had an absolutely amazing experience at Pithari! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully authentic. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed.

Our table wasn’t ready for a while but the staff kept us informed as well as apologized over and over. The staff and ambiance is definitely 5 stars. Then the food was another 5 stars. It was a great dining experience. It also helps that the restaurant is so beautiful and quaint-ideal for a first impression date night.

We went during Valentine’s Day and paid $70 for my meal. I have traveled all over the world and had lamb in every country, the lamb here was very gamey. Not only could you NOT order from the menu, it was limited to lunch or the $70/per person menu, but our food took over am hour!
From eating in Dubai, Korea, Germany, Italy, France, Hawaii, and different places in the U.S. I would NOT recommend eating here or if you do, pass on the lamb!

Pithari has a pleasant, well-designed ambiance that immediately stands out and makes for a comfortable dining experience. The place itself is warm and inviting.
The food, however, did not quite meet expectations. The dishes we ordered were average in taste and lacked the impact we were hoping for. That said, it’s possible we didn’t choose their best or signature items.
Overall, Pithari is worth appreciating for its ambiance, and a revisit with recommended dishes might offer a better food experience.

This places was PACKED! Get the reservation. My husband and I had a date night here, as a walk in, but they were booked but could squeeze us in. (This is my only gripe and why it’s not all 5s, I felt rushed).
Their espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had and the burrata app was perfect. The food was so good! I can’t wait to come back!

Pithari is a Mediterranean themed upscale restaurant located in the heart of Middletown DE. Everything is delicious here, only negative is the price, which is why I graded 5 stars for all categories but four overall. Parking around Pithari is limited. My companion and I enjoyed our meal however we will not be back too soon due to cost considerations.

I visited pithari with my partner for a birthday dinner and I must say it was the perfect choice. It’s such a beautiful space and the ambience is really cool. It is definitely worth trying for date night or hanging out with friends. The food was awesome, I like the fact that we sat right in and was offered a shot of tomato mixed with some basil oil of sorts ( I found the taste really interesting) the food came on time and the staff were so pleasant. Maddie at the entrance also took pictures of me on the grand staircase which is gorgeous by the way. I’ll definitely go back.

A rather upscale restaurant on downtown Newark’s Main Street. Many Mediterranean cuisine choices, we tried the branzino and the calamari. They were well cooked and well presented. Service was excellent.

Took my Best Friend and My husband for their birthdays (this was a first time for my husband and I) we had an absolute amazing time the food was amazing Mark was a spectacular server he made sure we were very well taken care of and not rushed. I cannot wait to come back and try more options Already recommended to my family to go and experience.
