Pita Way is such a great spot! The restaurant is very clean, the food is always fresh, and everyone who works there is super nice and welcoming. Their $10 bowls on Saturdays are such a good deal — you really can’t beat it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just an all around great experience. We got the bowl and split it. Got everything they had on it with two dressings. One of the best bowls I have ever had. Definitely going back soon. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for being quick, nice, and always serving fresh food. And for the snack you gave me for free the other day. Next level service for sure. I’ve been to Pitaway before and usually enjoy their rice bowls, which is why this experience was disappointing.
On a previous visit, the staff member was very patient and clear when asking how I wanted my rice and protein. I requested extra chicken and specifically clarified that I wanted three cups of chicken breast, not to be confused with individual pieces. She understood right away, confirmed the order, asked about toppings like peanuts and chipotle sauce, and everything was prepared correctly.
However, during my most recent visit, the experience was very different. A male staff member handled my order, and when I requested the same thing, there was a lot of confusion. He spoke very loudly and repeatedly emphasized the extra charge for additional chicken, which I had already agreed to. Despite trying to explain calmly that I wanted extra chicken by cup measurement, he didn’t seem to understand and continued to raise his voice.
To avoid further confusion, I changed my order to two cups of chicken and one cup of gyro meat. Unfortunately, even after confirming that I wanted chipotle sauce, it was forgotten in my order.
Overall, the lack of clear communication, the loud and unprofessional tone, and the missed item made this visit disappointing. I hope management can focus on better consistency in customer service and clearer communication, as I know the food itself can be very good.

Great food and reasonable prices as always. My favorite go to is their Gyro wrap. Shout to Jordan and his colleague working the noon shift on Monday February 2nd. Only set back for me seems to be their pop dispenser ice cubes for some reason or the Pepsi instead of Coke choices.

Went to Pita Way for lunch at about 11:15 on a Wednesday and they were very busy and working hard to prepare orders. Their combo deal with sandwich, Fattoush salad and a drink for only $11.99 was an excellent deal and delicious! Very tasty food and food service.

I recently visited Pita Way and had an incredible experience! The staff, especially Robbie and Kenny, went above and beyond to help me discover new flavors and find the perfect combinations for my meal. I decided to try the Quesopita, and it was absolutely delicious! The fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned fillings, and warm, soft pita made for a mouthwatering experience. Ronnie and Kenny’s recommendations were spot on, and their friendly service made my visit even better. Promote these guys ASAP!!!

We usually have great experiences here, but this time the platter was disappointing it was the second time ordering the platter. We usually get the bowls. The first time, the guys asked if I wanted to keep it as-is or swap out a few items, which I appreciated and did. This time, they didn’t ask me anything besides what kind of meat we wanted and just started putting it together, adding items I don’t like. By the time I realized it, it was too late to change.
I also had to ask multiple times for pita bread before finally getting it — and when we got home, there was only one slice of pita for a platter meant to feed 3–4 people. They did give me a coupon, which was nice, but honestly, I would’ve rather spent $15 on a customizable bowl than $20 on something that didn’t include what I wanted.
It’s also not clear what comes on the platter to begin with since it’s not shown on the in-store menu, and last time it was customized, so there was no way for me to know what the default items were.

The mini combo doesn’t have enough protein on it. Why do you dice the meats small ? And why are the falafels the size of a cheese curd? That’s not how falafel is made. The other proteins are good but why dice them like you’re eating a salad. Also something was really bad about the fattoush dressing too watery hardly any olive oil in it. I usually order weekends and get fresh amazing food today was a weekday and wish I had a better experience.

This place is one of my favorite lunch spots in the area. The food is always fresh, the portions are well worth the price, and the employees are always so nice and welcoming. If the fire fries were my last meal I would definitely die happy, they are so dangerously good
