I have been coming to this spot for about the last three weeks because it’s new to me. The food has always been very tasty on the other hand the service is always terrible, no one greets the customers. They continue to work on online orders without allowing the walk-in customers to know what is going on or to keep them updated. Yet today, the customer service was at its worse. I purchased two bowls with a rice base, I knew that I was not going to eat one of them until tomorrow, so I asked the worker to put my garlic sauce on the side and I informed her that I usually do three scoops of garlic sauce because I do not get any other sauces at the end of the service line. She did exactly what I asked of her (I Thank her for that) but when it was time to check out she attempted to charge me $2.50 for extra sauce. As a consumer, the extra charge did not make sense considering I only put my sauce on the side because I didn’t have any on my bowl. I attempted to explain this to her, she told me “ That typically customers get both garlic and other sauce, which is why it is extra”, I politely reminded her that I did not have any sauce on my bow and I also only got garlic sauce.So I asked how is any of my sauce extra if nothing is on my plate. She finally took the charge off my bill and told me “ Just so you know, next time it may be extra” . Clearly, the staff doesn’t know the definition of “extra”, but I am always pleased with my actual food. Just never the service really needs revamping.

I love the food here, but the last few times I’ve been a little disappointed in my portions. For the price of a b.y.o bowl, sometimes I’m surprised when I’m served a bowl that looks half full.

Really like this place. The food is tasty and consistent. Fire fries in particular are very good. Food tastes fresh but doesn’t weigh you down. Workers are friendly. This guy Kevin is there all the time. He’s nice and makes good suggestions and introduced me to the very good fire fries. Would recommend this for anyone.

I’m writing this to hopefully fix this location to what it once was. We’ve been going here regularly since they opened and it’s gotten terrible. Seems like they got a new manager and most of the original staff is gone, and the place has gone down hill. Our Last visit a few weeks ago they were out of white meat chicken (what I assume is their most popular) and the manager was spackling holes in the walls over tables while customers were eating. Today we went in for lunch and they were completely out of chicken. We walked out. The food is always delicious! I do think they’ve gotten lazy with packaging and seems the size of the quesopita has gotten smaller. Moral of the story, food is delicious (when they’re not out of stuff) but the management and the overall service of this place has gone to hell. Hoping it can be fixed. I promise you the customers notice when the place is clean, the food is prepared well, and the employees have good attitudes. Please get back to what got us and many others hooked! Would be devastating to see this place go out of business.

We won a gift card from Pita Way. This was our 3rd visit. Food is Hot and Delicious. The make your own bowls are large ( I save 1/2 for next day). Tried the Curry Stew today, a little spicy but very good. Best part is I have a Gluten Allergy they use clean gloves, new knife and cutting board specific for GF. Opening one in Battle Creek So excited

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The service was fast but not rushed. Relaxed comfortable seating. Most importantly the food was absolutely amazing I look forward to going back and trying more of their menu. I highly recommend them to anyone any everyone who wants to enjoy delicious food.

I came in the night before Thanksgiving knowing sometimes you never know what kind of experience you are going to get the night before a holiday. The staff was awesome! They were welcoming and the service was great. The food was good as always. A staff member even checked on us after we got our food to make sure the food was up to our standards. Fantastic experience!
