Edited: first time there it was great. I’ve been there maybe 5-6 times over the past few weeks and I’m frustrated. Now I can’t seem to find any consistency. Every order since that first time in has been wrong. 3 stars for food due to inconsistency with orders, when they get it right it’s wonderful, and very tasty. 1 star for service because if the orders wrong then service is irrelevant. For example; today it wasn’t overly busy like other times, I ordered a Dearborn and a Detroit falafel with Super crust, the sumac and seasoning which is amazing. BUT when I got home NO Supercrust. I’ll have to watch them like a hawk next time I guess, and I will let them know why I can’t trust them.
*Update: the manager reached out to me and was very understanding, polite and addressed my concerns. He sent a gift card, which was not necessary but very much appreciated. I will be back to this establishment. Give it a try

I order the same order from this place probably once a week, every time I go to pick it up it looks completely different from the last. Every person who makes the fire fries uses different things sometimes I get cheddar cheese sometimes I get feta sometimes I get parsley sometimes I don’t.
Sometimes my “sanweech” is toasted other times it isn’t.
I only had to start using the app because the people working seemed off, always tried to not take orders, tried to persuade you to take stuff you didn’t want. Consistently tell people they had things ready that they didn’t like certain meats, The food is great but everything else is very lackluster.

Great customer service, great food. The food is always fresh and delicious. There is always friendly staff greeting you with a smile. I like that they give good portions for the price. I can’t wait for the Lansing location to open.

The employees were great, the chicken shawarma bowl was good until I tasted the tahini, it was not the same from when I had it earlier in the year, it was bitter and downright disgusting! If you’re gonna change the tahini, at least have them both for options!!

I work in Frandor and my coworkers would always talk about this place, Pita Way, that had to try. The only location that they made me aware of was the one over near campus in East Lansing. I started going there and the food was amazing. Then I found out there was one in Dewitt, by my house, so I started going there. This week has been super long. Between working full time and this being the week that I have my son, this Friday I did not feel like cooking. I place a delivery order on the website and checked out using Apple Pay. I double clicked, it scanned my face and I got the banner saying that my account was charged. After I saw that tho, there was an error that popped up on screen about my delivery time being changed and it tried to make me pay again. I double checked my account and saw that the money had come out so I called PW to see if my order went through. Kenneth answered the phone and I told him the situation. He did a little checking while we were on the phone and could not find my order in the system. We both agreed that that was no good and he asked me if he could give me a call back. I said sure and waited for the call. He called me back and told me that he spoke w his boss and his boss said to send me a gift card and have me order it again. They didn’t have to do what they did but I do appreciate it. The food ended up showing up early, delivered by this nice guy who was all smiles when he showed up. I appreciate it so much and am so happy to know how well they take care of their customers. Kenneth apologized for the situation and told me that the gift card was a small price to pay for me staying a customer. You better believe I’m staying a customer. Between the amazing food and the excellent customer service, as long as they’re open, I’ll be a customer. Would definitely recommend the.
