I enjoyed lunch at this restaurant beautiful restaurant. I love the decor. I purchased the mixed meat lunch special and ordered fries on the side. However, the meat was a little tough and the fries were a little hard. I received good customer service. The staff were polite. However, I forgot to order a drink which was something I feel like staff should have noticed and said hey would you like to order a drink to go with your meal and maybe suggested options because I did tell them it was my first time at the restaurant. The restaurant was a little bit different as far as the setup. You have to get your utensils, napkins and condiments from a section that’s designated for it. Like for example they have a little refrigerator that has ketchup and some other sauce. This location was very clean, tables, floor all clean even the bathroom was clean.

Pita Pita Mediterranean Grill delivers the kind of meal that quietly reminds you how little control we have over anything—especially bread. I ordered the falafel wrap, and it arrived brimming with purpose: crisp falafel, generous fillings, sauces applied with conviction. Ambitious. Earnest. Almost hopeful.
Everything Falls Apart, Including the Pita — And It’s Still Delicious The wrap itself tried its best. It really did. But the contents were simply too much for the pita to hold together without eventually disintegrating under the weight of its responsibilities. Halfway through, structural integrity gave way to inevitability. Falafel escaped. Sauces migrated. Gravity won.
And honestly? That felt right.
Nothing here is skimpy. The portions are hearty, the flavors bold, and the intention clear: you will not leave hungry, even if your wrap does not survive the journey intact. Eating it became less about containment and more about acceptance. You adapt. You lean in. You use extra napkins. Life continues.
The food is fresh, satisfying, and unapologetically abundant. Pita Pita doesn’t promise perfection—it delivers fullness, flavor, and the quiet understanding that some things aren’t meant to stay neatly wrapped forever.
I’ll absolutely be back. Probably with a fork.

I’ve always loved this place. It’s very cozy, service is incredible, and the food is to die for. The artwork on the wall hits close to home, and the music is relevant: it is as East Mediterranean Arab as it gets. Order any of their falafel & shawarma entrees & you’ll be blown away. Also, they have a rewards program so make sure you sign up. I highly recommend their ginger pomegranate seltzer, it’s simply a 10/10.

It’s been a while since we’ve had good Mediterranean food. I think the last great place was in Louisville. I really had a taste for it. In the Orland Park area has quite a few Mediterranean restaurants to choose from. This just happened to be close to the store we were shopping at. I went with the mixed meat plate which included a combination of Ribeye Shish Kebab, Chicken Kufta, Beef Kufta Kebab, Chicken Shish Tawook and Beef/Chicken Shawarma served with a grilled tomato and onion, topped with a pinch of sumac. I substituted falafel for one of my sides. My wife had the mixed chicken plate which had a combination of Shish Tawook, Chicken Shawarma and Chicken Kufta, served with a grilled tomato and onion, topped with a pinch of sumac. The food was incredible and the service was wonderful.

I’ve visited many Mediterranean restaurants. This is my favorite! Straight up best falafel and chicken shawarma I’ve ever had. The hummus is soo good and the falafel was crisp on the outside, warm on the inside. Presentation and quality is something I would expect at a fancy mediterranean sit-down restaurant–total gem. Our experience was very good the food so fresh and delicious, excellent service! Mediterranean food in a modern setting with ample menu options for both meat lovers and vegetarians. The employee who greeted me was friendly and patient. The owner was very inviting. I liked how you can order and pay on the screen. Highly recommended for authentic taste of Mediterranean cuisine!

Just amazing kabobs. Grilled, seasoned a tender. Must have it fresh onsite but when you do…there are NO better kabobs then pita pita. Best in orland park. Mr. Bilal, manager of that location was professional and kind. Oh and it’s HFSAA certified!!!

This is my 3rd time coming here and I will say it was horrible. I will never come back. I’m Arabian myself and I know what quality food is suppose to taste like and what I got was RAW KOFTA. I cook this myself at home and it never looks like this. The food was a 0 out of 10. The salad was also very bitter.
It’s unbelievable that they think this is quality food. The only thing I like there is there zatar chips. Very dissapointed!!

Authentic Mediterranean Restaurant with delicious food!! The restaurant was clean and pretty organized. I liked how you can use the order screens, order your own food and pay. The lady at the front was very friendly. I ordered mixed meat plate with Ayran( yogurt drink). The plate was $15 and the drink was around $3. Prices are fair. They have variety of cold drink options. Pita bread that comes with food was hot and fresh. Mixed plate comes with Beef and Chicken Shawarma, Kofta Kabob, Chicken Kabob, Chicken Tawook, Beef Kabob, Rice, Salad and Grilled Onions. I must say everything in my plate was delicious, but I mostly liked the Beef Shawarma. I ordered Beef Shawarma Wrap to go for my brother and he said he liked it a lot. This restaurant has gained a huge Shawarma Wrap fan and he will probably visit very often
