1st visit-we just ordered at 2pm. Got 2 gyros and the beef in them is hard n crispy on both! (PIC shows hard, dark brown-black meat) And the edges of the pitas also hard n crispy! Both should be soft and nice to eat. Tried to eat but just could not, so I took it up to the counter to let them know how both of the pitas are- and before I could finish my sentence, the young guy interrupted and said “there’s nothing we can do about it, you already ate most of it!” Of course I had not, I had 5 bites of this hard mess!! Told him “ok we will not be back.” They literally cut off all the hard exterior of the beef reel and put on our gyros. I looked at the beef reel and it looked nice and supple now. Customer service has just gone! This is a brand new place, too. Such a shame for the owners.

I went there yesterday and it was Great! I haven’t been to this new location before and they treated me like a King. They assisted me in restoring my rewards app and the food was absolutely amazing!

Great Mediterranean spot, finally back in Columbus!
They have gyros, bowls, pitas, shawarma, falafel, salads, fresh mocktails on tap, etc.
Meats are halal, they only use extra virgin olive oil from Lebanon, spices are also imported… they’re the real deal!

I stop by this Pita almost every time I come to Columbus for my groceries. Today the owner was there to do an interview and took our order. I didn’t catch his name, but his energy was palpable. I’ve worked in food service for over a decade now, and this is the type of man/manager I would be profoundly happy to work with. I was so impressed by his customer service skills, the way he greeted all guests before they had the need to catch his attention. He kept up with our order despite being a little bit of a larger one and despite me making a mistake halfway through and having to backtrack. The food is always delicious and I know it will be next time, too. Pita is the best thing about living close to Columbus.

As feared, the service and quality have both decreased DRASTICALLY in our last few visits. One included meat cooked so long, the entire gyro was hard and crunchy. I also wish the employees weren’t so disgusted to be there. Just sad, because it could be an incredible place but I’m not sure it will last on this route.

Original review: I was so excited to see Pita open back up locally, although previous locations had me weary of the service. They have knocked it out everytime I’ve gone (at least 5 since they’ve opened). Food is consistently fresh, good, and made right everytime. Jay and Tasha have been very nice and helpful during our visits. This has become my favorite location and I hope it stays that way! Way to go guys. Keep up the awesome work!

$12 for this… I would have rather been upcharged a dollar for a decent portion of grilled vegetables. What a joke. Not a happy customer.

We did doordash and we were highly disappointed. I ordered the chicken salad the portion was half of what it was last time I ordered when they first opened and the quality was definitely lacking. My pitas were burnt, the hummus had whole chickpeas in it, my husband ordered Greek fries that were less and appealing and were super soggy. I think this order might have ruined Pita for me.

Matthew gave me a great recommendation with the chicken shawarma and was very nice to my girlfriend and I. For being in a Walmart, the atmosphere was suprisingly comfortable, and there wasn’t a lot of noise at all. The food itself was very good, and again I am thankful for Matthew’s recommendation! The Greek fries were awesome as well, 10/10 recommend!!
