I am so disappointed. I always order this at another location in chandler. They always get it right. Wrap is always crispy and nice colored. This one is soft and falling apart because it didn’t touch any heat after it was rolled. The veggies mushy. The side salad had no dressing. Really unacceptable. And the portion of the potato, . How’s is the arrowhead location failing like this.

The food here is good, but not great. It may be what I ordered, but I just didn’t feel like it was a truly Mediterranean dish. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken Shawarma pita and the chicken tasted like it was just sprinkled with some seasoning, so not impressive at all. The falafel’s were very small and not as good as I’ve had at other places. I will probably try somewhere else next time.

The food here is excellent and the staff is super accommodating! Just be aware that there is the significant humus smell when you done here, so if you don’t like it you may be better eating outside.

We are regular customers at Pita Jungle and have always loved the food and the service. The meals are consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and attentive. That’s why this issue is so disappointing and worth addressing.
There is a very strong scented spray being used in one section of the restaurant, directly above a booth, and it completely interferes with the dining experience. The scent is overpowering—so strong you can almost taste it—and it is not appropriate for an indoor dining environment. It smells like a Christmas cinnamon air freshener, and no one wants to taste that while eating otherwise delicious food.
As regulars, we frequently see guests move away from that area or ask their server about the smell, so this is clearly something many people notice and dislike. Beyond being unpleasant, it raises concerns about indoor air quality when a fragrance is that intense.
No one likes it. We come to enjoy the food, not artificial scents. We hope ownership and management take this feedback seriously and remove the spray so the dining experience matches the quality of the food and service.this belongs in a restroom, not above a table. We now call it the smelly section.

Great tasting food. It’s even good for you, but it’s fabulously delicious too! The regular hummus is really good. I love the turmeric rice. The baklawa is divine with or without the chocolate. And the carrot cake is great too. Price wise it’s $15-$25 (after tip) per plate, pretty average price for sit down places now. The kids menu is clever and the meals (both adult and child) are very customizable. It’s a bit noisy, so actually a decent place to take a family even with small kids.

They are VERY on top of things here even if they are busy they keep things going fast which is great! Awesome menu options. Food was light and fresh! The staff was very friendly.

Never have I ordered hummus and chicken from Pita jungle and had it come like this. My pitas weren’t warmed, and the chicken and hummus came in two separate containers rather than having diced chicken on top of the hummus as it always is. The chicken isn’t even marinated the way it should be. Lazy and disappointing for $15. Guess I’ll have to start going to the park west location instead because they actually know how to prepare this meal.

The service was OK, but the noise level was almost unbearable. It was impossible to talk to anyone other than the person sitting next to me. The food might’ve been good, but I really couldn’t say. I was so stressed out, trying to cope with all the noise. It has a tin ceiling and a concrete floor. If you want to talk to anyone, don’t go there

Yum! My favorite is the basic gyro (no pickles please!) and the guava lemonade!

We love this place. When you’re in town for the holidays, you have to make time to visit your favorite spot since there’s not one where you live. The del sol and hummus were on point as usual. Even my parents enjoyed the lavosh pizzal. We will make sure to always visit and enjoy this food. Try the arnold palmer with tea and lemonade….you won’t be disappointed.
