I love how hospitable everyone was. Even when I mentioned initially, and held to it, that I had a ride to catch so I’d have my food to go they were efficient and had my food to-go. With 3 minutes to spare, as my ride was outside not too long after I got my food. They even brought water, though I didn’t drink it – it’s okay .
I recommend this recommend and anytime I’m back in downtown Alexandria, VA I’m RETURNING and recommend it, of course ✨.
And YES, I tipped ↕️ (even if it was to-go.)
Shout-out’s to the staff, my main Waiter for him complimenting my card and the Star Wars touch . Very touch of service and communication there.
I ordered the baba ghanouj , lamb kabob, fries and baklava. The baba ghanouj was decent with good flavors and the bread was still warm. The baklava wasn’t too dry and was the right amount of sweetness. The fries were soggy and limp but the flavor was ok (wouldn’t recommend). The lamb kabob came with salad and rice that were fresh and delicious. The biggest problem was lamb kabob. I don’t know how these kabobs were made but it definitely wasn’t on a grill! The onion has wayyyyy more color than any of the meat does. Absolutely no flavor or color! What a disappointment
The staff is very friendly and provided excellent service.
The sat on a patio on a sunny day closer to sunset time, the atmosphere was beautiful.
