I have been craving some falafels and I searched online and saw this place and wanted to try them out and I’m glad I did. It was pretty yummy!

Drive through only place. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the food is very good.

Change your damn oil! Went though Friday and picked up dinner for 4, pretty large order. By Saturday morning all 4 of us were sick. Only common denominator was the falafel, which tasted like rancid oil. So sad, we used to love this place. The rest of the food was still delicious but after this experience I highly doubt we’ll ever be back.

I ordered a #6 and it used to come with fries, a sauce and a drink. Got back home and there are no fries. Didn’t come with sauce and had to pay for a drink. Wondering why everything became separate for additional charges? No one answers the phone when I call and there’s no option to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. Not happy with the change in the last year. The food no longer comes in a box cut up. It’s difficult to eat now. Like a burrito

We would appreciate it if greater attention could be given to maintaining cleanliness, particularly concerning the glass facade during order placement and payment. It currently appears unclean, and a brief daily cleaning routine could be completed in as little as ten minutes.

Food is great ! Service is not ! Definitely not professional when you work in your dirty socks and a Nike slide. I don’t usually put reviews, but I asked for ketchup and tahini sauce and offered to pay extra if needed. I didn’t get either one. So pretty much I was talking to no one when I requested the ketchup and the sauce. And this is just about work uniform issue nothing personal.

A bit piece of bone from chicken almost broke my teeths, they gotta check meat thoroughly before putting on the grill, they MUST check it really good because someone can break tooth and then they will have problems, also waiting time sometimes gets crazy too long. Burt meet and I ordered chicken shaurma they gave beef and burnt. Updating on 6.30.23 They barely ever pick up the phone, why do they even have the phone in their fast food place they’ve been in the business for so many years and still lacking a lot of services

I went to this place for long time especially after midnight, the old man who’s working there is extremely rude, and they charge overtaxes it can reaches to 35% or more. A d this is unjustifiable, they charge tax the way they like besides 3% card fee. Their shawarma taste is not always the same sometimes good but mostly bad.
