BBQ is king in my daily life. I have been all over Texas trying them all. This one is pretty good. I would say above average.
I went with the Chicken Breast and very unique Smoked Bologna. Chicken was definitely cooked very well. Moist and tender, flavor was good overall but I didn’t get any smoke flavor from it. I would get it again though because it was good and the sauce tasted good with it.
The surprise for me was the Bologna. It is legit. Bologna isn’t part of my diet, like ever, but I would order this every time I visit here. Thick cut, Smokey outer edges,Seasoned well. Man, what a good idea and unique. Don’t see that pretty much anywhere. Totally going to swipe that idea and do it at home!
Sides were tasty as well, just small portions for a big guy like me.
The atmosphere is typical Texas BBQ, staff was awesome. Drink refill charge of .50 cents is disappointing. In todays world, no one charges for refills on soda, tea and coffee and Who carry’s cash?
Not me, I ordered a small drink anticipating refills then saw the sign and change bucket to put the .50 cents in sitting next to the machine. Hard to choke down a meat heavy meal with little to no drink.
The Bbq sauce was good. Sweet and tangy for sure.
No big complaints, I’ll be back for sure, with some coin change next time.

I have had the brisket, steak, baked beans, potato salad, and green beans which were all really good. The service here is also awesome. For a bbq spot I was very disappointed that they are serving Kraft macaroni and cheese…also it’s priced higher than the other side items. Definitely try it out just don’t order the Kraft macaroni and cheese.

Great Texas BBQ! We went to Breckenridge for our son’s bball tourney. In between games, we decided to eat out, found PitStop, and needless to say, for our 2 Day tourney, we ate there twice. Good prices, fair portion sizes, and Great tasting food. Good service capped off our experience and we would not hesitate to go there again!

Had the chopped Brisket Sandwich. It was served on dry, non buttered Hamburger Buns. The Buns did appear to be a little large for the portion of Dried Out Brisket being served. The steak cut fries were awesome! They had the right amount of seasoning with good overall taste and texture. I also added a pecan pie and potato salad. Nothing extraordinary, just your normal side and desert. The staff was friendly throughout my entire lunch break. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. I probably would come back again but I would try something different.

Wow! This place is the REAL DEAL! Chopped barbecue sandwich was AMAZING! The smell alone will have your mouth watering before you enter the front door. The service was Texas friendly and the food is hands down some of the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend stopping here. I travel for work and my friend and coworker turned me on to this place. Prices are very fair and it is a quaint small town atmosphere that felt like home!

Lucky enough to be passing through on their “Date Night” special night. 2 steaks, 2 potatoes, 2 sides and 2 salads for $28.99. Can’t beat a deal like that! Rolls were good with sweet, soft butter. Kid had a huge stuffed baked potato. Everyone was happy!

Stopped in for a quick lunch take out. Sliced brisket sandwich was tender and juicy. Good flavor. The sweet potatoes fries were good!
