Just left this place. My boyfriend suggested we try this place so we decided to try it today. There was a couple in front of us when we arrived. 7pm. Right after them I ordered and knew exactly what I wanted. The cashier had asked me 2-3 different times what my exact order was. I repeated it. The couple before me and even my boyfriend (who again ORDERED AFTER ME) all had their food for a good 20-30 minutes before I did. My boyfriend and I had almost the exact plate except he had ribs and sausage and I got brisket and sausage. My boyfriends plate with filled and looked amazing complete with pickles and onions. By the time I received my plate his food was cold and my food looked like an after thought.
FOOD:My sausage looked different from his. My brisket was dry and my Mac & cheese was soggy and coagulated. My Dirty rice was dry and had some grains that weren’t completely cooked.
⚠️OVERALL: I ONLY bring this up because I feel it’s relevant in my review….could be something could be nothing buuuuut the only difference between me and everyone else who received their food was our ethnicities. I wasn’t black.

I ordered a one meat plate today with ribs, potato salad, and baked beans through door dash and all fees were waived which means i only paid for the food which was $24 first of all they gave me 3 ribs that were extremely scrawny, the potato salad was bland, and baked beans not too good either. $24 for 3 little damn ribs are y’all serious! I will never order from here again EVER!!!!

We visited this establishment for the first time, and they straight up surpass the competition in every aspect. Their nachos have earned this Mexican’s seal of approval, offering comfort smothered in goodness, same for the potato. The sides are unmatched. You’re not going to find better sides than this place. It’s just not going to happen. The ribs, brisket, and sausage were delicious, even my dog had to join in on the action. There was no way she wasn’t going to sample such yummy food. The banana pudding was a standout dessert. Super yummy! The parking was great and there’s also a kid-friendly menu, which I appreciate. I couldn’t take photos of the other plates because they were devoured by the time I thought about snapping some shots. I highly recommend visiting this establishment; you will be glad you did.

I could very easily give this establishment 1 star but they try that’s why my 3 star review will be fair.
1) My sliced beef sandwich was as small as a McDonald’s jr burger. ( not kidding) and the 12.00 price was disappointing. The brisket had a good flavor just not enough meat.
2) My green beans were a bit soggy but they too had good taste.
3) The restroom and dining area was very clean and orderly.
Overall experience was just ok.

Ambiance: Local BBQ spot with a rustic vibe and indoor seating – fast and friendly service! They were out of several of the side options but we did enjoy the baked beans and green beans. The brisket sandwich and plate met our expectations. Decent pricing – would have enjoyed being able to order some of the other sides listed.
Parking onsite, drinks available for purchase. We got our order to-go and it took less than 10 minutes to get our food. Recommend if you’re in the area and are looking for BBQ!

All in all, Pretty mediocre.
Moist brisket was good, but the pork ribs felt and tasted like they were from yesterday or the day before.
Sausage was dry and stale.
Service friendly, establishment looked and felt like most independent BBQ places.

Really good barbecue here! Reasonably priced, good selection of items, and fast service. Ordered a slab of ribs and a side of dirty rice. Ribs were perfect. No sauce needed; the sauce is delicious also. Fall off the bone goodness; super moist and great char. Now to the dirty rice. OMG! I should have ordered the large. Very good dirty rice. I ate the entire medium order in one sitting, it’s that good. I will definitely be back to try the other sides, stuffed baked potato, and to get more ribs and dirty rice. Stop by!
