A lesbian made my rose latte so you know it was BUS. The rose was aromatic and the coffee was strong. Amazing ambiance, somehow always busy but never loud? It’s like if a club was cozy. How they made their sofas so comforting is beyond me. Great place to spend hours with a book or a lover or both. 10/10. AMAZING carrot cake, hate that it’s rotational on the menu because it really is that good. If it’s there just try it. If not, try their coffee cake. Your welcome.

10/10 experience! We came to New Haven from Virginia for a friend’s birthday weekend and Pistachio Cafe was our favorite stop! The moment you enter you’re transported into a whole new world, the interior design is impeccable and thoughtful. Every corner is picture perfect! Our barista was Jozzy and she was super nice and helpful, we ordered an array of their syrups for our iced latte’s and they were all delicious. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was phenomenal. Our server was Jarlenys and she was SO sweet and hospitable! She had such a warm and positive energy and was extremely attentive. We told her we were visiting from VA and they even sent over complimentary baklava! (Also delicious.) Pistachio Cafe was extremely memorable from our trip and we can’t thank the staff enough for making our experience so amazing!

We have been here several times and prefer to go after the rush so we can sit at one of the upholstery booths and relax. Otherwise booths are reserved for larger groups when busy. This place is bougie in a good way. Food is always consistent, and the staff have the best customer service. Recently their menu has been updated. I hope they bring back the panini sandwich’s and the adult size grilled cheese that has there different types of cheeses. I will still come back for the great food, mocktails, and time to spend with my friends and family.

This is very likely the most beautiful coffee shop that I have visited in the US. I cannot think of another coffee shop that compares with this. The interiors are gorgeous. The furnishings, the tapestry, the decorative ceiling, objects dart, everything is a treat for the eyes.
They offer an eye-catching selection of pastries and assorted confectioners and the coffee is just perfect. There are plenty of other exotic sounding beverages on the menu, which we will be sure to sample the next time we visit.
And the staff were very courteous and friendly. All in all, two thumbs up wayyy up

The food was very good, but a little overpriced for what you get. I ordered a fruit waffle and iced mocha and paid $28 after tip- that’s a little egregious if you ask me. I interacted with three employees when I was there and none of them were friendly. Every please and thank you was just met with a blank face.
I am interested in trying some of the other menu items, but I’m not sure if I would return due to prices and service.

Superb ambiance to this restaurant. We came for brunch and had an amazing experience. Ample seating space for all group sizes. Love the decor! The music was also relaxing and relatively quiet. We ordered waffles, hummus, and zatar fries. The food was delicious!! The fries were crispy and flavorful, the hummus was creamy and savory. The waffles were crispy, sweet, and super filling. Service was great and serving sizes were generous.

My friends and I checked out this place during our trip to New Haven, Connecticut and we absolutely LOVED IT. My pistachio iced coffee was out of this world— thank you Jozzy! I also very much enjoyed my breakfast sandwich (can’t remember the name but it contained fried eggplant— SO GOOD). Furthermore, our server, Jarlenys, was AMAZING. She was very attentive and so sweet. I also wanted to mention how much we loved the interior design of this establishment, and it was super clean too!!!

Wow, this is a great place to come and have breakfast and hang out for a little while!
We had the breakfast burrito and the waffles. The waffles are smothered in pistachios and strawberries and whipped cream to die for.
And the burrito was just delicious. The coffee was very smooth and flavorful and the pastries are wonderful.

Amazing decor and atmosphere!! I can go to this place just to admire the decor, it is peacock themed and very pretty! We got Pistachio croissant, Chocolate croissant, Coffee and Truffle fries. The croissants are tasty and well baked; coffee is good as well and truffles fries were out of this world. Will definitely return to this place to try more!
