First things first, wow! Great customer service and amazing presentation. What a great time my family and I had at Pisco. We’re pretty familiar with Peruvian cuisine, and the experience at Pisco was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I shared the calamari & seafood parrillada – amazing! The calamari was one of my favorites I’ve had in a while. All the pop of flavors in the parrillada made the plate exquisite. The platter had an entire lobster tail, shrimp, baby octopus, mussels, clams (I know I may be forgetting something else) all bathed in rich sauces! And the presentation, you can’t beat it! So not only did it look amazing but it tasted amazing. The chaufa (seafood fried rice) was tasty. Not pictured, Sopa Parihuela, was so incredibly rich in flavor! Lomo saltado was exactly what It was supposed to be. And papa a la huancaina missed just a little more richness in the sauce (in my opinion). Also not pictured, Chicha Morada, a lovely, not super-sweet flavored “purple corn” Peru native drink. It was incredibly subtle and a great compliment with the food. I definitely recommend giving Pisco a try for your Peruvian cuisine taste buds! Can’t wait to visit again!

I read so many good reviews of this restaurant but I have learned that I have to find the reviews of the peruvian ones because we know how food should taste like..

Today I had one of the BEST meals I’ve had in a very long time. I have never enjoyed Peruvian food before…and I was a little apprehensive when I looked over the menu. My server Mina was great at explaining the drink and food menu so I decided to try the Sol y Sombra…a very refreshing drink. For dinner I went for the Lomo Saltado…steak, fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and a secret sauce. This is sautéed in a Cantonese wok and served with french fries and white rice. This dish was confusing to me but Mina explained Peruvian foods had many influences from different cultures. When she delivered my meal I was still a bit apprehensive until my first bite and all apprehension melted away. The steak…perfectly cooked and seasoned smothered in purple onions cooked al dente covering up a pile of french fries in a pool of the “secret sauce”. The rice…a sticky Asian rice versus a light and fluffy version perfectly matching the dish. If you’ve enjoyed Poutine you would love the flavors of the french fries and the sauce, exceptional combination of flavors. While a simple dish, the flavors really complimented how everything was put together. Overall…excellent food and service!!! The only recommendation I have…if possible offer some Peruvian beers.

Friendly staff, excellent flavors and presentation. It is a Nice restaurant in an unlikely place. We had the filet mignon starter, the chicken Saltado and the Seafood rice. We’ll definitely be back to explore other options

I went tonight with a friend and had a wonderful time eating some very delicious food. Though not everything turned out the way the chef would have wanted, most of the food we ate was absolutely divine. Though the prices seem high when you initially look at the menu, the portions here are very large. I will have enough food to experience this deliciousness two more times, and my friend’s husband will experience it as well. I will definitely be back!

Delicious deviation from the norm. My husband and I stopped here for something different and were not disappointed. The food was definitely flavorful and they provided very generous portions. Forgive the purple lighting. The lights were dimmed.

I first found this place when I worked for the city. I did the beer permit inspections. Part of those inspections is to look at the kitchen. This one was by far the cleanest and most organized I had seen as an inspector. The owner was very nice and I finally took my wife out one Friday night. On Yelp it asked if I wanted reservations and since this was an anniversary date night, I did. Once we got here at 6:30pm I could see that this was unnecessary, but I could see it changing as more people find out about this place and it isn’t very big. It ended up filling in around us, but never got completely filled up.

Hands down, the best ceviche in Nashville area! Ordered delivery multiple times. But let me tell you, if you go inside, you get to experience their wonderful service! Gabriel went above and beyond! Fulfilled all of our extra requests! Such a sweet guy! The seafood grill plate for two OMG!!! Seriously! This place deserves to be booked up for months ahead! Murfreesboro needed a place like this! Gonna return over and over again!

Not many Peruvian restaurants in Nashville, technically this one is in Murfreesboro, but I would definitely drive from Nashville for this. While my last run in with Peruvian in Nashville was just ok, this spot is phenomenal. Service was great and food was excellent. I got the aji de gallina, the Peruvian corn sprinkled through the dish was a great addition because it added the crunch that I like. The purple drink was so refreshing (can’t remember the name of it), definitely something different and worth the drive if your not in Murfreesboro.
