We had such a great experience here! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The lomo saltado pasta was perfectly cooked with tender beef and a rich, savory sauce, and the appetizer with shredded meat and onions on top of the crispy base was mouthwatering. The drinks were refreshing and creative — especially the frozen cocktail with lychee and lime on top!
For dessert, the caramel cheesecake was the perfect finish — creamy, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness. The presentation was gorgeous too.
The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly and attentive, and everything came out fresh and hot. Definitely one of those spots you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommend!

This place is Amazing! Diana Hernandez was our server and she was excellent. My mom and I are vacationing in South Florida so we wanted to take our time with each dish. Diana was so kind to allow us to enjoy each dish and follow up w us to see what else we needed.
The food was 5/5!!!! Highly recommend the Leche de Tigre ceviche, causas and the Pescado Corvina.

We had a wonderful experience at Pisco y Nazca in Doral. We came in as a large group right at lunchtime, and everything was handled beautifully. Our waiter, Yoni, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive—he helped us with several menu selections and made great recommendations, which we truly appreciated.
The lunch specials are fabulous, with excellent variety and very fair pricing for the quality of the food. The service, food, and overall experience were outstanding. Definitely a great spot in Doral for lunch, whether you’re dining with friends, family, or a big group. We’ll be back!

If I lived in Miami this would be my go to place! 10/10 for atmosphere, service and friendly. The food is next level , we have ceviche in Canada but compared to this it is like eating white bread. Loved every bite and the cocktails are delicious. Upbeat atmosphere! Thank you Jose F for your excellent service and attention! Bravo !

The Anticucho de Pollo was a standout—bold, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly flavorful. Easily one of my favorite dishes of the meal. The Tuna Tartare Tacos were fresh, bright, and absolutely delicious, with a great balance of textures.
The Resaca Burger was hearty and satisfying, exactly what you want at brunch, while the Chaufa de Pollo was a pleasant surprise—such a unique and well-executed fusion of Chinese and Peruvian flavors that really sets this place apart.
We also shared the Causa Sampler, which was a great way to try all three. Hard to pick a favorite—personally, I loved the tuna, while my wife preferred the chicken. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of them.
Add in the lively atmosphere, attentive service, and consistently excellent food, and this was an easy five-star experience. Pisco y Nazca is absolutely worth the hype, and we’ll definitely be back.

We came to celebrate my 3 year olds birthday with my parents and it was my parents first time coming and they loved it. Our server Diana was so sweet. She answered all of our questions and even brought something out for my son for us to sing to him. I highly recommend coming here.
