We had a wonderful dinner at Pisco y Nazca. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable for our family.

Our server Jaime was attentive, friendly, and very professional. He checked on us regularly and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His recommendations were spot on and made our experience even better.

We truly enjoyed our evening and would definitely come back again!

We came to Washington just for one day and chose this place because of the great reviews — and it turned out to be one of those rare cases where the reviews are 100% justified in real life.

From the moment we walked in, everything felt right: excellent value for money, genuinely warm and polite service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress Tatiana was absolutely perfect — kind, friendly, always smiling, and never intrusive. Her recommendations for drinks and desserts were spot on and made the experience even better.

We ordered a wide selection of hot seafood dishes, shrimp sandwiches, a trio of cocktails, sangria, and their dessert with dulce de leche. Everything was truly a 10/10 — flavors, presentation, balance, and quality. The atmosphere deserves a special mention as well: relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable.

If we ever come back to Washington, we will definitely return. We sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend this place.

This is a lovely restaurant and a true experience. The ambiance since entering the restaurant is refreshing, bright and beautiful. The service is pleasant and patient explaining the differen.menu options. We had made a reservation for two on new years eve. Little did we know that they had a fixed 4 courae menu priced at $100+ but were very satisfying. Worries the options would be limited due to my dietary restrictions, I was pleasantly surprised. The seafood options were great! Definitely recommend the ceviche, my favorite. The meat is NOT halal.

What a lovely surprise this place turned out to be! We were in the area to see something else and stumbled upon it. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is amazing! The staff are friendly right from the door, and we were quickly seated.

Our server Eddy was next level! He was friendly, made sure to understand what we liked, gave us recommendations that were spot on, and was attentive throughout our experience.

Let’s talk about the food! I don’t even know where to start. There’s something for every taste and even as we looked around all of the options that we saw looked delicious. I forget the name of my entrée, but it was the lamb shank, and it was very flavorful, had a very interesting base of rice and beans, and the sauce was really good.

If you love ceviche, you have certainly hit a win with this one. They had six or seven different varieties of ceviche and all were better than the last. A good thing to know is that for many of the options they will have a mixed dish, or combination so that you can try samples from the different options.

I will be back here again and again!

I thought I would try out Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar restaurant because it was highly rated on Google. It does not disappoint. It has a cool vibe and atmosphere. I love the Peruvian peanuts they serve as a free appetizer while you contemplate trying not to order one of everything from the menu. I had a delicious mezcal cocktail, entitled Where There’s Smoke. Love the citrus flavor and spicy salt rim. For food choices, I started with the Causa Sampler – it’s a trio of panko shrimp with ricotta aïoli, tuna tartar with a wonton crisp, and cold chicken salad with avocado and red pepper confit, all served on top of a small dollop of whipped potato. But I especially loved the Chaufas, their Peruvian fried rice. I had the Mixto which included shrimp, chicken, beef tenderloin, and calamari. Because why choose one protein when you can have them all, am I right? Overall, this is a delightful spot and I recommend you check it out when you’re in the Washington DC area!

The Ceviche Sampler is a complete show, as a Peruvian, it reminded me a lot of the flavors from my country. Compliments to the chef for the tasty dishes. I would also like to add that we received excellent service from our waiter Oscar.

I was very excited to try these restaurant because it has been highly recommended. Overall, I would say that this experience was pretty good. The drinks where greatly crafted, and the food had a very close Peruvian flavor. My recommendation for this restaurant would be the service and the kitchen procedures.
My husband is allergic to shellfish, however, he loves all the other Peruvian food. These restaurant because they don’t have that many fry pans I think, the waitress pretty much said that he couldn’t eat many options because they use the same utensils to keep to cook other meals that have Shellfish. Because of these he pretty much can barely only eat one to two dishes. Even dishes that they didn’t have shellfish he couldn’t eat because they use the same utensils that they cook shellfish and I feel that a restaurant in Washington DC should be able to have multiple frypans or sections where they can wash things off and even if you have an allergy and still be able to eat other dishes. Something as simple as Conchita, he was not able to try.
Also for a restaurant with 4.9 stars, I would expect that they have the standard procedure of ordering drinks first, appetizers, and then everybody’s meals together so we can eat together. This service was the fastest I’ve ever had, but it was out of order. We received main dishes with appetizer at the same time, but no drinks. And then at the end, one of the main dishes for one person. I think it’s amazing that they can provide such fast service with great flavor, but the experience of eating in the restaurant should still keep up the procedure of providing the guest to like enjoy themselves, and everybody eat at the same time so the food is not cold.

We ordered the Chaufas Mixto, Plancha Pulpo, and Anticuchos Carne. The Chaufas Mixto had great wok flavor and was really well executed. The Plancha Pulpo was also quite good overall. For the Anticuchos Carne, the beef had a bit of a strong taste that wasn’t really our favorite, but the side corn was delicious with a nice buttery aroma.
For drinks, we tried the Piña Colada and Lechee Passion mocktails — both were excellent. The passion fruit flavor was rich and natural, not artificial at all.
We also ordered the Suspiro and the Flan for dessert. Both leaned a little too sweet for us, so they weren’t our favorites.
Our server, Samuel, was very patient and attentive, and the service overall was great. We had a really pleasant dining experience.
