Our server Jaime was attentive, friendly, and very professional. He checked on us regularly and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His recommendations were spot on and made our experience even better.
We truly enjoyed our evening and would definitely come back again!
From the moment we walked in, everything felt right: excellent value for money, genuinely warm and polite service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress Tatiana was absolutely perfect — kind, friendly, always smiling, and never intrusive. Her recommendations for drinks and desserts were spot on and made the experience even better.
We ordered a wide selection of hot seafood dishes, shrimp sandwiches, a trio of cocktails, sangria, and their dessert with dulce de leche. Everything was truly a 10/10 — flavors, presentation, balance, and quality. The atmosphere deserves a special mention as well: relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable.
If we ever come back to Washington, we will definitely return. We sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend this place.
Our server Eddy was next level! He was friendly, made sure to understand what we liked, gave us recommendations that were spot on, and was attentive throughout our experience.
Let’s talk about the food! I don’t even know where to start. There’s something for every taste and even as we looked around all of the options that we saw looked delicious. I forget the name of my entrée, but it was the lamb shank, and it was very flavorful, had a very interesting base of rice and beans, and the sauce was really good.
If you love ceviche, you have certainly hit a win with this one. They had six or seven different varieties of ceviche and all were better than the last. A good thing to know is that for many of the options they will have a mixed dish, or combination so that you can try samples from the different options.
I will be back here again and again!
Attention and Experience 10/10.
The food is simply spectacular, the best in the world. ❤️
My taste buds are in heaven as the ceviche is creative and super fresh!
The second course was just a delight as well with so much variations of flavors w the steak, eggs, plantains, etc. Wow!
Christian was our server w a Colombian accent lol. Great guy w a great sense of Humor.
The flan is exactly what you would dream of!
Highly recommend!
My husband is allergic to shellfish, however, he loves all the other Peruvian food. These restaurant because they don’t have that many fry pans I think, the waitress pretty much said that he couldn’t eat many options because they use the same utensils to keep to cook other meals that have Shellfish. Because of these he pretty much can barely only eat one to two dishes. Even dishes that they didn’t have shellfish he couldn’t eat because they use the same utensils that they cook shellfish and I feel that a restaurant in Washington DC should be able to have multiple frypans or sections where they can wash things off and even if you have an allergy and still be able to eat other dishes. Something as simple as Conchita, he was not able to try.
Also for a restaurant with 4.9 stars, I would expect that they have the standard procedure of ordering drinks first, appetizers, and then everybody’s meals together so we can eat together. This service was the fastest I’ve ever had, but it was out of order. We received main dishes with appetizer at the same time, but no drinks. And then at the end, one of the main dishes for one person. I think it’s amazing that they can provide such fast service with great flavor, but the experience of eating in the restaurant should still keep up the procedure of providing the guest to like enjoy themselves, and everybody eat at the same time so the food is not cold.
For drinks, we tried the Piña Colada and Lechee Passion mocktails — both were excellent. The passion fruit flavor was rich and natural, not artificial at all.
We also ordered the Suspiro and the Flan for dessert. Both leaned a little too sweet for us, so they weren’t our favorites.
Our server, Samuel, was very patient and attentive, and the service overall was great. We had a really pleasant dining experience.
