Very good pizza, cooked just right not too long not too short. Dough is floury and not too sweet. Service is great, I was here when it was slower but there were 3+ people checking in on us making sure we were good to go. Nice beer on tap about 10 options for variety. Will be coming back!

Not my first time reviewing this place but we went back for dinner Friday night 1/23/26. Friendly and attentive staff, great atmosphere and great food! Our girls love playing with the pizza dough they hand out while waiting for the food to come! I highly recommend Paisano’s Pizza!

We went on a Thursday night. Had the $16 Thursday night, special lasagna. It came with a cute little piece of garlic bread. I would say that my rating is higher than the reality but I really did like it. It’s a very popular place and we did go on a night where they had a good deal. We were able to find parking right in front. We did have to wait a little bit, but they brought wine. They had a few chairs by the door to wait. Plenty of outside seating, but it was windy and cold. It was a nice atmosphere with art that was for sale all over the walls and a very huge cool bar area. The proprietor was all around the restaurant helping people and talking. The wait staff was a very helpful. The bathroom was very clean. It was fun to watch them make the pizza while you waited. I would say that the wait was a little bit longer than expected for the lasagna because it’s premade. It should’ve been a little faster but overall we enjoyed it, and we were not in a hurry. I ordered a soda and it came out in a plastic cup, which is not my favorite. The water was served in glass. After I had one soda, they brought me another one, but it was all syrup and no fizz. And then I didn’t get another one right away but whatever. The only complaint I have is the plastic glasses that the sodas are served in. That’s a pretty minuscule complaint to have at such an awesome place. I really enjoyed the place. It’s obviously very popular. They even had gelato. It seems like a very nice menu.

I loved the crust on their pizza. I walked in and it was crowded with lots of people standing around so I ordered a pizza to go, the Americana and had a beer while I waited. My pizza was ready before I finished my beer. It was a little chilly otherwise there would have been plenty of patio seating.

The best pizza! We have been coming here for around 8 years every time we visit Tumalo and they have not disappointed yet! We stop in for a pizza to go and get a beer on the patio while we wait. They allow dogs on the patio. The pizza is one of our favorite pizzas and the staff is always friendly and attentive every time! These guys are doing it right and we will never miss stopping here on our way through Tumalo! This is the filet mignon pizza.

We stumbled upon this gem by accident, and what an incredible find! The staff were warm and welcoming, the food was outstanding, and the cozy, lively atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Their wood-fired pizzas are perfection — crisp, flavorful, and made with the freshest ingredients. And don’t miss their world-famous Mai Tie drink — it’s unique, refreshing, and absolutely delicious! I only wish they had a location in Kansas City, MO. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town

I driven by this place several times and last night made it a destination for supper. Very good and attentive service. The right amount of checking on us but not too much/ often. Sourdough wood fired pizza that was perfect. Nice selection of draft beers and cocktails. Clean and bright with a lot of local art on the walls. Will be stopping back!

I recently discovered this hidden gem and I can’t stop going back. First I love that this place is locally owned, not a chain. The service is impeccable. Jess was the sweetest most attentive server ever.
Everything I’ve had there has been amazing, but tonight I had one of, if not the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the Bianca (white pie) with Kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, and pepperdews (if you don’t know what this is, they are sweet and spicy red peppers, the round ones). Oh my gawd!! They even put fresh basil leaves on top.
My daughter got a pizza topped with arugula. It also looked delicious but I was too busy being 100% content with my perfectly balanced delicious (most likely superior) creation.
The crust is perfect, the sauce is amazing, the ingredients are top quality, and the owner even stops by tables to check on his guest.
Don’t walk RUN to this delicious wood fired pizza in Tumalo and don’t skip the salads either.
