Update – have had the fish fry. The broiled cod is outstsnding. You won’t even care about the sides cause the fish is so great! And, instead of a relish tray, you get a little three salads tray – each one is super tasty. Absolutely recommend this place for a fish fry if you’re into them.

We’ve had them all and this one is quite possibly the best Friday fish fry in the Geneva lakes area. The outside of the place needs some work and might make you hesitant to go in but once inside you’ll find a retro supper club with great food, quirky pirates and friendly people!

Wished we lived closer. I would do this taverns fish fry every Friday. One of the best we’ve had in recent years. The potato pancakes are especially good. The fish is offered fried or broiled. Both prepared perfectly. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. A caveat: there’s a warning sign in the bathroom not to drink the water from the sink. A little scary considering it’s a restaurant/ tavern that serves beverages. We just hope the kitchen uses water from a different source.

Fun kitschy dive bar. The bartender was great. The karaoke was a great time. Most people sang sad songs, but that’s okay. Would definitely stop in for a drink on my way of bar hopping around Deleven. P.S.A bring cash, it’s a cash only bar.

Check your bill!! I was charged $7.50 for chips with sandwich. Menu says chips are included. Older lady bartender made up a story that I got the homemade chips instead of store bought. Total scam!!! Check for bogus added charges.

I can’t believe I’m saying it, but the best Fish dinner I’ve had!! Very thin beer battered cod with great sides and a fantastic old fashioned. To top it off it was our first time their and the amazing staff made it feel like we were regulars. This place is a gem, and the best dive bar there is! We will be back.
