Much better location for food and service than the others. It is the original though and we always enjoy. Good service, good sushi, and love their martini options!

Good sushi! I had the vegetable rolls. It’s tasty but there are some weird veggies, especially the purple one. And I don’t like seaweed salad either. The spicy mayo is yummy though.

First timer***BE WARNED went on a Friday thinking they close at 10p. Got there about 920p and told last call is at 930p. Not sure why but whatever. Food was very much average to me. I’m not a raw eater so maybe that’s the draw to this place and the happy hour. I don’t do raw sushi so maybe you’ll like it better but I’ve had much better “cooked” sushi. Service was ok. Nothing special. Oh also they played hip hop and rnb music. Not sure if that’s done all day or every day or just Friday nights but I like the music but that’s a first for me at a sushi place to hear that kind of music. So if that’s not your thing just a heads up of the environment you’ll be in.

Okay food. If you live around you can get bento boxes or fried rice to go. Calamari is not good. Just Sushi is netter than expected from an average place. Very good service.

Initially, I was hesitant about visiting because of the name. I’m glad I gave it a shot, because I did not regret it. The sushi was really good, and the atmosphere was really chill on a Thursday night (September). A friend and I visited, sat outside on the patio, and enjoyed the nice breeze and the sunset. We kept our order simple – Crunchy Tuna Rolls & Philadelphia Roll. Hands down, they have the best Philadelphia Roll bc it’s topped with smoked salmon!. A small modification makes a major difference to the taste buds if you ask me. We loved it!. As far as the Crunchy Tuna Roll, it was ok. I prefer my roll covered in crunch and sauce. The waitress was very accommodating however. I forgot her name, but she was super sweet, had a great personality, and resembled a model. She checked on us, I addressed my preference, and she bought us a bowl of “crunch” aka hot panko breadcrumbs to cover and dip my sushi in. Brilliant!. Lol, it livened my little rolls up and made them sooo much better . I will definitely return in the future. If you have a sushi craving or simply want to try something new, I highly recommend!

My first experience was great! My friend I dined with recommended this place since I was having a sushi craving. Big thanks to Helen, our waitress, I’ll definitely be back!! She was very attentive n helpful at all times. She also recommended I try the Spicy Claws roll since I was looking to try a spicy roll, very good recommendation btw. All of the sushi n Loch Ness martini was so delish, my friend & I loved every minute of being there.

The restaurant is comfortable and seats are well placed. I had the Katsu curry which was good. We also had two sushi rolls plus two cocktails. One of them was pretty strong! Our waiter was super nice and friendly, wish i could remember her name. My biggest complaint is the price. Over $100 for the items above. The Katsu curry being 19.95. Seems outrageous to me. If the prices where better I would come back.

The sushi is unique. The sauce used on several rolls I have not experienced. The rice is dense and lacks the rice vinegar notes normally expected. Service was fast and friendly.

I’ve been living over here for seven years and didn’t know how amazing the Happy Hour is! If you haven’t been here you’re seriously missing out. I definitely prefer this location over the Highlands, especially is you like a good martini and sushi. The rolls were nicely filled and saucy. The seaweed salad was super delicious. Fried rice plate was huge and tasty with the egg added! I can’t remember the name of our server but she was sweet and extremely attentive. We will be back.

Shots were completely over priced food was pretty good. They were pretty much closed by the time we arrived even though they were still open for a good amount of time but they did try to get all food out pretty quick.
