What an amazing spot! Owner is super freindly and welcoming. We order the peruvian empanadas and half chicken platters. Everything was excellent. Chicken was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Empanadas were a stand out! Will come back and try more things next time Im in Maryland! Everything is halal as well!

Eduardo and his staff are phenomenal. So friendly, and so kind! It was our first time and food was amazing. We got the carne asada and the white meat chicken, both were soooo good. The fried yucca and the plantains were my fav sides. Def will come back!

Delicious and friendly! Stopped in on an early Saturday evening for dinner and had a lovely meal. Started with beef empanadas that were superb. Also enjoyed sipping on a Peruvian corn/pineapple beverage. My main course was the beef saltado, which was perfectly cooked and again delicious. My boyfriend had a seafood mixed rice dish that he was mostly pleased with (some of the bites were a bit tough, he said). The owner waited on us and was very welcoming, friendly and encouraged questions about the cuisine. I would definitely enjoy returning for another meal!

first time going here and food was really yummy! my husband got the pipilinka chicken sandwich and i got the pollo a la brasa sandwich. the meat was well cooked and my husband loved the variety of drinks they had! the place also has this drink they make in house (the guy said it takes like 1-2 days to make) and that was enjoyed as well. also the sauces they gave us with the food were really yummy and added lots of flavor to the dish. moreover, the owner was very nice and continuously checked on us while we were there!

We went yesterday for lunch. I believe we were waited on by the owner. He was very nice and attentive and helpful with recommendations. The Peruvian meat empanadas were absolutely phenomenal. We also got a steak burrito and a chicken wrap. Both were very good. Wish we could’ve tried everything on the menu, especially the ceviche because everything looked fantastic. We will have to bring more people next time

This was my second time here & I can’t say that I’d return. It was empty when I went in and I was not greeted until I said something. The atmosphere is super cute & homey. All the food I ordered was cold, including the fried rice which was chewy, hard, & salty. The portions were also very small for the price. The pupusa I ordered was the one thing that was up to par, it was delicious, super hot & fresh. Considering the prices I should receive hot fresh food along with better portions.

My lunch was one of the best meals I’ve had in the area. I normally buy the chicken with sides to go and it is always good. Today I was greeted by Eduardo who asked me what I wanted and I told him whatever he liked today I would have. So I had the Seco Carne with pickled onions, beans and rice. It was fabulous, fork tender meat that was seasoned and braised perfectly. It is worth the trip to Dorsey Hall in Ellicott City from wherever you are in the area. So happy to see a small independent restaurant that offers great food and service. Bravo to Eduardo and his team!
