Im talking about this in the aspect of delivery. I love peruvian food and make an effort to taste as many peruvian places around the hartford area. I have order from this place twice and both were extremely disappointing. My first order was pollo la brasa, a staple in peruvian cuisine, but man that skin was so soggy and undercooked. While bitting into the chicken i would occasionally just find pockets of seasoning. Was not pleasant to eat at all. I decided maybe it was just a bad day so I order again a couple months later. I ordered a lomo saltado. The seasoning and taste everything was good but in my order I got 4 small and thin, almost looked fried, pieces of steak. A big component of this dish is the steak which was heavily lacking. The price could not justify the amount of meat I recieved in that order. The experience might be different by actually going to the restaurant but I would be cautious ordering delivery from them.

Great place my husband and I come all the time and always tell our friends they should try it, very accommodating for both English and Spanish speakers. Great atmosphere and service for dinning in and super helpful for take out orders as well. Would definitely recommend

I love this place, i order here every week for delivery! Last night tho i ordered for pick up and everything looked delicious, fresh and big portions BUT they forgot the green sauce so i went back to get it and the woman was super rude to me stating that i was lying about the green sauce not being in the bag so i went back to the car and got her the bags and told her “PLS show me where the sauces are” with attitude she looked for-the sauces meanwhile the guy behind her told her to just give me the sauce and she said, “im sorry for the inconvenience, here you go” *handed me 4 sauces* ik she doesn’t know me nor i know her for her to trust me but i was very disappointed of how she treated me. At first she said “i personally put the sauces in there” to then ask the guy if he put the sauces in there. I am very disappointed with this interaction!

Pleasent ambient, very good polite service. And most importantly extremely delicious food. It’s true Peruvian food is the king in gastronomy. Been to many other Peruvian food places and so far this one has #1 in my stomach.

Jalea was not like it used too was sort of over fried and only had 2 shrimps 5 calamari 1 oyster 6 small pieces of fish and 5 yucca. Chaufa was fine delicious otherwise just seem a smaller portion than usual. Did pickup and person was not paying attention to who was coming in so randomly letting ppl cut, there is a sign where to pick up but no direction for ppl to a line and this was an inconvenience because 2 ppl cut me and I don’t feel like engaging with your customers. Last time order here and Htfd too far I’ll cook more now. Thank you piolín!

On 1/27/26, we placed an order for two Lomo Soldados at the East Hartford location, but unfortunately, the food arrived cold. Our server failed to follow up to inquire about additional needs. Furthermore, the restrooms were closed, and the restaurant itself was uncomfortably cold. This experience suggests poor management. We will not return to this location, instead opting for the Franklin location, where we have consistently received satisfactory service and never been disappointed.

I use to love this place but for some reason they killing the food with salt. Polin lay off the salt in your food please, we can always add more if we need too.
