Piola Hollywood is a gem. I stop in often and have never been disappointed. The pizzas come out thin, crisp, and full of flavor, the salads are fresh, and the pastas taste made-in-house. Service is consistently friendly and fast—special shout-out to Manuela and Luiz for always taking great care of us. What really sets this location apart is the owner’s hands-on approach: he’s in the kitchen, personally checking the food and pulling pizzas from the oven, and you can taste that pride in every bite. The dining room is clean, the vibe is lively, and while they don’t do cocktails, they offer beer, wine, and a fantastic sangria. Portions are generous and prices are fair. If you’re in Hollywood and craving great pizza with reliable service, Piola on Sheridan is an easy yes. Highly recommend.

Our 1st time visiting Piola…amazing! My wife and I both said it was the best pizza we have had in years. We had the bruschetta, the Caesar salad, and the Capricciosa pizza. Everything was made fresh and so delicious. The restaurant was very clean, had nice music and ambience. We absolutely enjoyed the food, we had the ravioli Lombardi 10/10, the quattro cheese pizza 10/10 and what absolutely swept us was the Panna Cotta dessert. I highly recommend this spot, the environment was comfortable, clean and cozy. Our waitress Aline made us feel very comfortable and catered to us wonderfully.

My girlfriend and I went here looking for a budget friendly dinner. Let me tell you… it was amazing! Everything tasted fresh, homemade, it even tingled my jaw the flavors were so fantastic. The food was so good we came back the second day to find out it was happy hour for pizzas!? 9 dollars for any pizza is crazy, especially when they taste that good. Luis was an amazing waiter; cracking jokes and telling us his recommendations!
