Reviews
I honestly had one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time at Piola. I can confidently say this was the best four-cheese pasta I’ve ever had in my life — perfectly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. Absolutely outstanding.
Their lunch special is incredibly well priced and totally worth it. It includes:
• A drink of your choice (with or without alcohol),
• An appetizer (soup, lentils, or salad),
• And a main course with a great variety of options to choose from.
Every single dish was a 10/10, even the lemonade — so fresh and delicious.
A special shoutout to our server Hillary Guerra, who made the experience even better. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She guided me to choose the best option, served everything very quickly, and gave excellent recommendations. If you visit Piola, ask for her — 100% recommended. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently, which is a huge plus.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a great overall experience at a restaurant. I will definitely be coming back, because I need my mom to try this place — it’s just that good!
Highly recommend Piola if you’re looking for amazing Italian food, great value, and outstanding service. ✨
We’re currently following a religious diet and eating fully vegan for 40 days, and she made everything incredibly easy for us.
Viviana was thoughtful, patient, and made sure every dish fit our dietary needs without any issues. Her kindness and attention to detail made the whole meal feel comfortable and enjoyable.
The service was excellent, the food was great, and Viviana truly elevated our experience.
We felt welcomed, understood, and very well taken care of.
Highly recommended — she made our night.
I tried customizing a pizza: swap pork for chicken. Nope policy upcharge. Fine I said put the pork on the side and charge me for chicken. (Why gift them free pork? I’m not running a charity.) Short bald waiter (overcompensating energy maxed out) takes the order without writing a damn thing. Shocker: pizza shows up pork only no chicken. “Sorry forgot” he says. Cool bro.
Then Mom and Grandma order one salad to share. In a supposedly upscale spot you’d expect them to split it on two plates like civilized humans. Nah. Waiter drops one bowl and a tiny side dish for Grandma. So there’s my elderly grandma and mom awkwardly plating salad mid table dropping croutons like confetti. Classy.
Water? I drained my glass and played empty cup on table morse code for 35 minutes. Nada. Thirst level: desert survival.
Food? Oversalted tiny portions priced like gold plated cardboard. Not worth the hype the hassle or the dehydration.
Save your money go somewhere that remembers what service looks like. Or just eat at home and tip yourself.
I was eating so fast I forgot to breathe. If you’re in SE Florida and see someone at Piola inhaling a pizza like it’s their last meal, that was probably me. It is genuinely that good.
