Absolutely delightful atmosphere and experience. I got the highlander chicken sandwich and it was very tender and juicy. My partner got the special of the day, the French Dip, and loved his too. The staff is very friendly as well! I will definitely be returning.

This was the coolest and authentic British pub. The gluten free wings and fries were amazing. We did a “cider tasting” by doing the 2oz pours of each cider. Definitely recommend

What an absolute delight!!! Not only top notch service, but a wonderful atmosphere. The food was outstanding and we tried (and loved) things we hadn’t tried before. I would return here again and again without hesitation and I’m sure folks do. We just happened upon it while visiting the Denver Mint and we enjoyed every moment of our experience! Apparently they have the largest selection of single-malt whiskey in the world (outside of Scotland) and after seeing the BOOK of selections, I believe them! And absolute must-try, and if you live close, make it a regular! They deserve it!

A nice English style pub which isn’t quite as over the top as some others in the States, and the service was friendly enough. Unfortunately the two cask conditioned ales on offer were extremely poor by our standards, particularly the Dark Star Ale. Enough to put any budding ale drinker off cask from the start. The area around the pub is quite sketchy. Visited October 2025.

Decided to try this pub for dinner. It was good but come on, you need proper “Fish & Chips” not chargrilled salmon.
The food was good and the music wasn’t too loud so you could actually hear the conversation you were having without shouting!

Excellent selection of single malt scotches. They have a mostly accurate little book divided by region for scotch, and I appreciate that.
I only had their pilsner for a beer, but I think I’ll try some more of their beer next time too. I knew about the whisky and came for that, I did not realize they brewed a lot of their own beer and have a couple cask ales. This place reminds me of Bull & Bush a lot (in a good way) but less “sports bar” and more actual British style pub (even upside down whiskey bottles for perfect pours).
The server was attentive and helped me make a couple first whisky selections by region. Even though my knowledge is plenty to find something I’d be after, it’s nice to see the curated choices for certain regions.
Check ’em out!

Came here for lunch while visiting Denver! Looked like a neat spot so we came in. The host/waiter wasn’t the most welcoming or personable. The atmosphere was very cool and you could smell the malt and ingredients in the air too! We ordered two waters and beers to start as well as an appetizer. The few beers I had were excellent and they do good with their brewing of traditional beers. The waters never came and we had to ask three times. It wasn’t busy at all here while we were there either. The house made vinaigrette was great and so was my sheep herders stew. The fish and chips wasn’t exactly what we had expected. It was neat and we’d come back

Enjoyed this place, visited last night after a long day travelling from the UK. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
They have a great selection of draught beers, particularly enjoyed the wheat beer.
Had buffalo wings and fries which are also very solid!

This place is great! I’ve seen it for a while, but I never went. My food is really good, I had a burger. I had three of those British beers. People in America may not like it but it’s really good! I tasted some of their whiskey and that’s the best part! This place is great hands down!
I went back for another beer a couple days later. I’m not a whiskey drinker but whoever is, needs to check this place out for sure! Actually scotch whiskey. My wife went as well and she said it was really cool. She got the pills near beer and she said it was real good. Top marks!

Charming small place that puts forward fresh ideas in a traditional atmosphere.
I got the esb and fish and chips. Esp is bitter, nutty and velvetey.
Fish and chips is salmon with fries and salad. Mine came with a comically large wedge of lemon that was almost bigger than the tiny filet of salmon I got which was cooked perfectly. Was also given to ke with an entire carafe of house-made vinaigrette, which was very delicious. Fries were alright.
Itd be nice to see some kind of dipper with the fish, like a dill tarter. Id rather eliminate the salad, or serve it as a side salad, and give a larger portion of salmon. I got too much of things I didnt really care for (massive lemon, large pile of salad, carafe of vinaigrette) and not enough of the meat and taters.
All in, service was great as well as the atmosphere and the food was good.
