My high school daughter scored a Rockwood Markethall gift certificate from the library’s summer reading program, and she chose to use it at Pinto Thai Rockwood. She got the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) with tofu. The tofu texture was great, the noodles were really good, and the sauce a little sweet. Great amount of bell peppers, onions (big slices that can be easily avoided if you are sharing with someone who doesn’t like onions), carrots, and bean sprouts. Huge portion served up in a to-go container—great since she couldn’t even eat half of it, hahaha. We recommend it! Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Damn good food, best Thai in the city. Everything is tasty and so fresh. Spiced really well too, like you can actually tell the difference between their curries. Every sauce they have is homemade, and you can absolutely tell.

So I’m going to straight up say that this is some of the best Pad Thai that I have had in the Portland area. It was so freaking good that I ate most of it before I remember to do the review, it went straight to my belly. I have a nice warm food Buzz from how good it was on top of how good it was it came quick timely hot with a smile and they actually came out and checked to make sure everything was to my liking that service quality everything so good. If you are out this far I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing some food that will feed your soul and is easily in the top three of any pad thai I’ve had in the Portland metro area.

Ordered two completely different meals one was great and one was not. The Pad Kee Mao with shrimp was old/burnt tasting and the shrimp rubbery, cardboard tasting noodles. The yellow curry was very good.

Found out about this place couple months ago and literally can’t stop going! Tom Kha soup is the best one I’ve yet to try! Everything I got I loved, and the flavor is just perfect! They are so nice, and over all 20/10 place to get your food!

Sam at this location has exceptional customer service and creates an inviting atmosphere. The food is excellent and always decent serving sizes for the price. I would recommend this location to anyone and bonus they are gluten free aware. They also customize heat levels for your food to enhance the experience.
