I just had a really disappointing experience at this food truck, and I want to warn others about what to expect. When you order a burrito, make sure you explicitly tell them to fill it up because they skimp on ingredients and load it with 90% rice. Seriously, it’s worse than old school Chipotlesized servings . Also, if you opt for the ribeye in your tacos or burrito, be prepared for an extra $4 per item; this isn’t listed on the menu!

When you order, insist they include everything you ask for, including salsa in your burrito that should already have it in there. And here’s the kicker – always, and I mean always, ask for a receipt. The prices on the menu board don’t match what you end up paying because the owner automatically adds a 25% tip for himself without your consent. My bill for one burrito and three tacos came out to $61, which is just outrageous.

Moreover, if you like cilantro, tell them to chop it finely because they’ll give you whole leaves otherwise.

In the end, we had to take our burrito and tacos home, strip off the toppings, and turn the whole thing into fried rice. just remember, ask for your receipt here.

disguised as high end mexican food, it was mediocre and subpar. expected way better expirience given the expensive price. ordered a $20 super burrito and received mostly condiments and barely any meat. for the price they charged, they should be embarrassed of what left their kitchen. this seems to be a frequent reoccurring problem for other customers as well that has never been resolved.

Some of the most unique tacos I’ve ever had. Sliced ribeye tacos, chopped cheese tacos, pollo al pastor. Some real chefs run this truck.

Food is good, the location/times are inaccurate. All my past experiences have been good, the food isn’t super great but I’m more frustrated by the false information. I work downtown so I walk to the place and it hasn’t been there in the times it claimed in weeks (that I’ve noticed)

NOT TO BE OVER LOOKED!! This incredible food truck serves some of the most delicious Mexican food in the entire area. Do not feel like you are missing out or the food will be lackluster just because it is coming from a food truck. The owner George is an incredible young man and entrepreneur that really is pushing the limits on what Mexican cuisine can truly be. Being open for the first weekend was an incredible thrill seeing the amount of people and the amount of support that this young man has received from the entire community. Everyone please come and enjoy some incredible cuisine and have a wonderful time getting to know the incredibly talented young man.

At Onda music festival it took them 24min to have my order ready (two tacos) had barely any meat on it and the taste was awful. Never again. Como… que Onda!!

Fantastic food truck with great fresh made tortillas and flavorful food.

George, the owner, is friendly, polite, and excellent at communicating what makes his food special.

The tortillas are made fresh, and are great texture. The flavors of the food are great, and the salsas are delicious (the orange salsa is straight fire and has the right amount of heat).

Tacos: Great flavor, the standout was the chorizo.

Tacos Pinto: The blend of flavors is what I’ll be returning for. The meat gets hidden a little bit, but the addition of beans and combination of flavors is freaking bomb.

Quesadilla: Huge hit with the kid on his, we had ours with the lengua which was basically melt in your mouth tender.

Burrito: My wife got the al pastor burrito and said the pastor was great and the rice reminded her of her abuela’s!

We also got the Agua Fresca (blueberry horchata) and it was not too sweet with just a hint of blueberry. It was great!

Overall a fantastic find on our Friday afternoon and we will definitely be returning.

It was good but price to quantity doesn’t make sense

For 5 dollars a taco you’d expect a fully loaded taco with all the meat and all the fixings but what I got is a Costco sized sample of meat with a big thick tortilla

Would have loved more meat to enjoy with the homemade tortilla

Customer service great
Very friendly
Horchata was good

I left hungry
