I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich. Herb-crusted prime rib, sliced to order, provolone, horseradish cream, au jus, on an artisan baguette. Everything came separate, which threw me off for a second, but honestly I liked it. It looked like an Italian beef, just not dry at all. The meat was tender and juicy, tons of flavor on its own. Once you dip it in the au jus though… totally different experience. Rich, savory, messy in the best way. I probably dipped it a little too much, but no regrets.
I also got the Berry Bliss Lemonade mocktail. Lemonade with blueberry, fresh lemon, berries, mint, and a splash of sparkling water. Super fresh, not overly sweet, and it paired really nicely with the sandwich.
Portion size was solid. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall just a really easy, enjoyable meal.
The service stands out as one of the highlights of the experience. The staff, including an especially orderly and attentive young lady, were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the visit. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that elevated the overall dining experience.
The food quality is generally good, though a few items could use refinement. The herb chicken had an unusual flavor that didn’t quite meet expectations, and the prime rib, while well-presented, lacked the depth of flavor typically associated with that cut. On the other hand, many other dishes were enjoyable, and the kitchen’s effort to maintain consistency and presentation is evident.
The brunch fruit options were rather modest — limited to apples, bananas, and watermelon — and could be expanded to include a broader variety for a more balanced offering.
In terms of value, the previous price of $25 per person felt quite reasonable for the experience provided. However, the new $35 per person rate may feel slightly steep, especially given the limited fruit options and a few dishes that need refinement.
Overall, Pinstripes Bowling & Bistro remains a charming and enjoyable venue with friendly service, a welcoming environment, and quality offerings. With a few menu improvements and expanded brunch selections, it could easily justify its new pricing and stand out as a top-tier brunch destination.
I highly recommend the shareables when visiting with a group. The sweet chili wings are a uniquely tasty choice to kick off your evening. The “kick” is prominent but not overwhelming. The whipped hummus is a healthy munchie option that won’t leave you disappointed. The tenderloin sliders and cheese curds are solid choices, while the calamari is pretty standard.
The Bistro Burger is full flavored and delicious with an egg. The pepperoni flatbread may surprise you with its intense flavor and the Chicken Parmesan is great during the winter.
I’ve had both negative and positive experiences with bowling. Call well in in advance of your reservation to book a lane. I was there with a group of friends and our dinner ran slightly into our bowling reservation time. Without our knowledge, they had already given our lane to another group and we were unable to bowl. Had I know their policy, I would’ve reached out prior and extended our reservation. At the very least, I was reimbursed. Live and you learn, but the communication could’ve been better.. The positive experience was with a work holiday party and we had a blast taking over the lanes upstairs. Highly recommend for a work outing.
We had the beef sliders, maple salmon and baby back ribs. All was delicious . Yummy Yummy all day in the tummy.
I would definitely go back. And you should go.
It can get pricey but I feel it was worth the experience.
Lol It was so good. I was halfway through my omelette before I remember to take a picture
Then I went back for the Sweet treats. I had donut holes, and a little tart. It was all very delicious
I bet they had the better equipment, to run better. I don’t think so. Will go back to this location.
We didn’t realize how big this restaurant is! Got a bowling area, bar, and the outdoor seating area is huge! No wonder can fit for a wedding lol

Taste
I ordered the ribs, could be better and a little too dry, a full order is more like a half order in many places lol. Wish they offer steak
