First time in Downtown Clermont. We were pleasantly surprised. We went on a Monday, which meant most businesses were closed. We stumbled across Pinsa Fire. The pizza was amazing. We ordered the Carnivore. It was amazing, loaded with toppings and flavor. We will definitely be back to try other options.

I love the brick oven style Taste and crunch of the bread. The fresh ingredients were extremely tasty and I love the Parmesan extra cheese topping. They have a variety of options to choose from meat eaters to vegetable lovers and I also know they have a weekday special. I will definitely come back to try other options.

Whoever was on schedule 7/27 at night was not friendly at all. I was inconveniencing her to be here at 8:40 pm. And the pizza was god awful. And left her rude self $3 tip. Spent $18 on the smallest pizza. The size of a normal man’s hand and it is unbelievably salty. Why is pizza salty? I loveee coming to Montrose but this is a spot I will not come back to and will remind my friends not to bother with. Terrible food and service to say the least. And maybe melt the cheese next time for others. Shame. And wish I could get a refund and give my money to those who would enjoy to serve me.

We got the Cup-N-Char Pepperoni with Extra Mozzarella and it was fantastic! The crust and pepperoni were perfectly crispy and we loved the THICK layer of cheese. I’m actually looking forward to going back. If you’re tired of overpriced and unsatisfying fast-food pizza, this is definitely the spot to try something better. The ingredients are super fresh and all cooked to order. Our wait time was only about 10 minutes and we enjoyed looking around the nearby shops. The atmosphere at Montrose Street Market is always chill, with plenty of space to eat indoors or outside. The pizza was more than enough to split between two people and was very filling. After seeing many Facebook posts about this local place, it was time to give it a shot. Well, the hype is real. We ordered the 9 inch Fig & Prosciutto pizza and the Pepperoni one. Both were delicious and piping hot, feshly made. Seating can be an issue at the Market in general as there are few tables, and it was really busy on a Friday nite, but we managed to find 2 spots at the counter right in front of Pinsa. It’s a little pricey for the size, not going to lie, but it’s a “specialty” pizza, and you can tell the ingredients are of good quality. We will visit again, for sure, to try other flavors! Well done, guys.

We live in downtown Clermont and I can honestly say that the Birria pizza is the BEST thing I’ve had down here And the crust is the perfect texture. Out of this world good. Friendly and personable service as well. Would recommend!

Been searching for Pinsa pizza since I moved to Deland. Drove 1.5 hours to get here and will definitely do it again. If you’ve never had a pinsa pizza you’re in for treat. Some call it a flatbread but it’s definitely not. Angela was super helpful and friendly. I couldn’t decide so tried 3 different options. The new Birria pizza was amazing. They all were. And can’t forget about the amazing cheesesticks served with a side of their sauce which was so flavorful. Thanks again Angela and see you soon!

Went to the Montrose street market not really sure what I wanted, but saw pinsa fire and decided to give it a try. The cook was great and was enjoyable to talk to and was knowledgeable about the food he was making. He was able to tell us about the food and which ones he personally thought were the best. I decided to have the meat lovers and it was incredible. It had the right mix of soft and crunch. I will definitely be coming back to try more off the menu.
