I can’t believe they think they can give a 3 year old hot wings and not at least feel bad especially when mom told them she’s non verbal and she spends $300-400 A MONTH with them! I would definitely bend over backwards for them whether it was a regular or not because it’s unethical to give an a 3yo non verbal CHILD HOT WINGS!! Apparently kiddo doesn’t eat many things and now will no longer eat chicken at all…. It’s sad. I really feel for mom! Maybe God will bless them with an autistic child so they’ll learn some empathy!

Was not a fan of the cheesesteak with mushrooms it was very small and not very tasteful for the price that I paid for it. Pizza was OK but overpriced. I could get a same size pizza at mellow mushroom which is about 10 times better. Nice people, but I won’t be returning.

Pino’s offers really great lunch specials before 2pm. This amazingly delicious cheesesteak (with fries!) was less than $10. Bakery-fresh bread and perfectly seasoned beef makes Pino’s the best cheesesteak in town!

Some rather good pizza. While we did find the sauce to be a little lacking in flavor (a little bland), be was very kind to our sensitive stomaches. It was covered from edge to edge with toppings that were evenly spread across the surface of mozzarella cheese. The crust was perfectly crisp while being just a little chew at the same time, like a good crust should be.
Better that Papa John’s, which is right next door. Don’t go to Papa Johns! Pinos is 100% a better option.
Their menu is broad and diverse with many options for pizza, salads, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. We also like their selections of appetizers.

Mario the son has an attitude every time he answers the phone. I hope his parents know that he’s hung up on multiple people trying to place orders because he “can’t hear them” . Needless to say today, we placed an order for chicken wings for a nonverbal 3yo. The wings given to her were not only the incorrect count, but they were spicy. As a mother, I am beyond upset that when this was brought to their attention, they seem to care less. I was told that I was not able to refund her one order of chicken wings unless I brought back my entire order that cost me $80 . Again, she is nonverbal, so I had no way of knowing that the wings were spicy until she kept refusing to eat them after trying a few so I tried one and instantly my mouth was on fire. Not only am I out of $80 (because my grandparents had already eaten their pizza that I got for them in my order) I am also now and having to rebuild trust over a food that used to be considered a “safe food” for her.

What a horrible experience I had today! Worked first shift and thought it would be a GREAT idea to try this restaurant. Man, was I WRONG! Horrible customer service. My order was wrong and when I called to express concern – it seemed as if they didn’t care. I will NEVER waste my money here again and I advise new customers to do the same.

This restaurant and its ownership have never disappointed me. I know the family very well, and they genuinely care about their customers. I love supporting small businesses that pour back into their community, and Pino’s Restaurant and the Rubio family do just that!

In utter disbelief after reading a review about their nonverbal daughter and her food. I had a similar experience with my nonverbal son. Ordered regular tenders and ended up getting spicy. When I tried to express concern, Mario reacted as if I was a nuisance – wouldn’t remake the order or refund partial. We don’t deserve this treatment, I’ll highly don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone – especially if your child is on the spectrum. Something needs to change, ASAP. Whether it be Mario gets Chik-Fil-A type training or he just learns basic customer service, obviously he has no empathy.

I ordered a steak roll which stated it had steak, cheese, and your choice of meat or pizza sauce. Got it home it was full of mushroom, onion, and green pepper which I am allergic to so I could not eat.
