Reviews
This is a large pepperoni/sausage, fed three of us with a few slices leftover. Good meat and cheese ratio. Total of $24. I grew up with pizzas being loaded up with everything but it’s not the 90’s anymore . Also I encourage anyone to pay in cash if they can cause there is a small fee for card, but I understand the convenience as well.
Support the local spots!
I’ve been a few times and plan on going back and tryin more items!
This pizza is one of the best pizzas I ever tasted. The owner is really cool. Got a great vibe in the store and always has fresh ingredients. We will definitely be supporting the store in the future.
They also own a store in Richmond, which I never heard about.
After talking to the guy going back-and-forth in conversation found out that he also could cook a mean smash burger also.
I’ve seen their high reviews on Doordash, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint!
If you’re from Pinole, it’s across the parking lot from Embers where the Subway used to be.
Walking in, there was a young family dining in. The staff was busy, polite, and very attentive.
The place was very clean and well lit.
We looked at the menu and decided on a medium deep dish with sausage.
We also got two drinks and sat down.
After the order, tax, and tip, it was about 50 dollars. Not a cheap pizza but definitely not expensive either.
We were asked if we wanted utensils and if there was anything else we needed. Again, this staff is attentive and very knowledgeable about what a customer may need. They also apologized for the bake time since deep dish does take longer. I understand this completely.
We received our beautiful pizza.
I have never been to Chicago. I have actually had deep dish pizzas before this in different restaurants in San Francisco. And this is the best I’ve had!
The crust was light and crispy. The sauce is house made and had the perfect blend of spices and tanginess you expect.
The mozerella was high quality with a nice gooey buttery taste.
The house made beef sausage had a great chew and was spiced well.
Good job Pinole Pizza House (not to be mistaken for Pinole Pizza that was here shortly before) you guys have earned another loyal customer!
