Delicious Italian food from a huge menu to choose from. Many interesting pasta, risotto and pizza choices which goes well beyond the ordinary. I had the baked pancakes dish, which was delicious, but very cheesy! Essential to book as it was very busy.

Lovely place with an upmarket atmosphere. The food was simply amazing however the service was not exactly amazing hearing another table on the way out ask for the service charge to be removed justified our interpretation of the experience.

Rude staff. Turned up 10 mins early was turned away and told to wait in the pouring rain. Went back at 7pm and when raised our annoyance at the way we’d been treated was advised they would not serve us, went elsewhere and had a fantastic meal. Have previously been here and had a lovely meal, so there is clearly an issue with the front of house staff..

Food was fine, nothing fantastic and expensive for a fairly basic, small meal.
I had a pram with me on entry due to being let down by babysitter and the man on the door was incredibly rude and said no space for the pram in a rather sharp manner.
Other service was fine but unimpressive.
Recommend going elsewhere.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere and brilliant service. The Volcanic Steak was incredible and a lot of fun. The cannelloni was probably the best i’d ever had. My son has a nut allergy and we found there are no nuts used in the kitchen, only some in deserts. The menu was varied offering so many options both meat and veggie. Very impressed.

So rude. When we asked to move downstairs (table for 3) from the empty upstairs for more atmosphere as it was a special occasion (son’s birthday) we were told “it’s a special occasion for everyone here”. Zero effort to be accommodating, we booked this table two months ago ! When my other son had tried over the phone to organise champagne to be delivered to the table he was met with the same attitude. Careful with how you treat people, your food may be delicious but your manners aren’t.

Had a wonderful meal here for my nephew’s graduation. The service was good, the food amazing and its a lovely place with a great atmosphere. Traditional and authentic. It was just a pity they refused to serve a 125ml glass of wine to me, but that was the only issue.

Had a lovely meal at Pinocchio’s last week. Really enjoyed our food, we both had vegetarian options which were delicious. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, love the murals on the walls and the service was excellent. Will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful evening 🙂

Went for a meal here and the customer service was so poor.
Staff so rude was like they didn’t want to be there. Never smiled once. And told to leave shortly after finishing our meal will definitely not be returning so many other Italian restaurants in Norwich for better service and quality. Would avoid this unless you’d like a miserable experience

We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who shew us to our seats, The food was absolutely beautiful, couldn’t fault any of the dishes our family picked!
The restaurant it beautiful, very quaint, and beautifully decorated,
We do have one complaint about our server, we found her quite dry and not overly welcoming, also she and the other server that were there last night seemed to be on their phones together a lot, rather than being more attentive! We found this quite odd!
