Pinocchio Pizza is hand down one of the best spots in Connecticut! Every time I come here, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. The crust is that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the sauce tastes homemade, and the toppings are always high quality. You can tell they take pride in every pie they make.

Stopped into Pinocchio Pizza in Wilton for a quick bite and grabbed a chicken roll — solid choice. The portion was generous, the bread was nicely baked, and the chicken was seasoned well without being too salty or heavy. It hit the spot without trying too hard.
